Golden Hammer Roofing

It took them over 6 months to get to my roof after I hired them, they tried to replace the metal roof on my attached shed after they were told not to, they left 30 square roofing on my roof that they had purchase me waiting everyday at home so they would have access to it. Then weeks after i had paid them the remainder of the insurance proceeds they called me and told me that i iwed them another $361.00 and when i refused to pay it they threTened to put a lien on my home.

When i told them that i would sue them if they tried. They filed a suit against me for the entire 14,000.00 that they have already been paid. They are a bunch of crooked thiefs, but I am not going to lay down and take this abuse

We had a small leak over our garage and Ed and Rich came out to personally assess and repair the damaged portion. They were fair, honest, and professional. They let me know that our roof was otherwise in good condition and had plenty of life left. They showed up quickly when I let them know that we had an inspection on short notice. I would recommend Golden Hammer Roofing to anyone looking for a company that tells it like it is and does what they say they are going to do.

Two reps of Golden Hammer Roofing stopped by and informed me they are doing a roof in the neighborhood and If I was interested in getting a roof inspection. I was interested, but I had to leave so we made and appointment for 9/7/21. Eric M and Dana were punctual and made the appointment with time to spare. They informed me what they were going to be looking for.

They climbed the roof and I have to say they did a through inspection. When they were done, they showed me a video and pictures of areas that were of concern. They shared what my options were and gave me some actions I can do in the mean time to make sure the roof gets more use. They set up a follow up appointment one year from the date of inspection. Eric and Dana are an asset and I am glad to have accepted their offer for a roof inspection. They are an asset to Golden Hammer Roofing. This company is AMAZING! They came out & inspected the roof when they said they would. Dania Fadeley coordinated everything. & they worked with the insurance company to get it taken care of. They came out & replaced the roof in a timely manner. Everyone was extremely professional & friendly. They took care of my mom's roof for me too. Dania went above & beyond to help my mom understand the whole process & she kept me up to date on everything!. Anytime I hear of someone wanting or needing roof work, Golden Hammer is the ONLY company I recommend. I reach out to Dania & she gets it all taken care of!

Let me preface my comments by first saying I normally do not give reviews about work or workmanship I receive for home projects that is average. I am hard to impress and perform most home maintenance myself. However, in this instance, I feel compelled to write this unsolicited review. Yesterday I had gutters installed on my home using Golden Hammer Roofing.

The gutter crew arrived exactly on time. Their vehicle and trailer were clean and professional in appearance. I was greeted by two young men, courteously, and respectfully. They asked where to park their vehicle so as not to inconvenience myself or my neighbors. The entire operation was professional, organized, and systemmatic. Attention was paid to detail, not only in the gutter installation, but to my property as well. Cleanup was great and where I had a previous gutter installed, they even offered to touch up spraypaint some exposed areas to make them look new despite the fact they didnt do that installation.

I cannot express enough how professional the entire experience was. Very unexpected today where only the minimum required to get the job done and get paid is the attitude. I would recommend Golden Hammer Roofing to everyone looking to have new gutters installed.

Dania was an excellent salesperson, she was always prompt, very, very knowledgeable. She followed through on everything and took care of all the dealing with my insurance company. Golden Hammer did and excellent quality job on my roof. They did so good i had them put a roof on my second house and both jobs were done on time and with excellent quality.
