Comfort Masters was extremely quick, professional, and detail oriented in the installation of my new heating and AC unit outside and in my attic. Everyone that works for this company has been genuinely nice and have answered all of my questions. They cleaned up after themselves really well. The unit is amazing and my house feels really cool just in time for summer! I would highly recommend Comfort Masters for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy company!

Comfort Master is great AC Company. We have a wonderful experience with their service from start the 1st phone call until the job completed. It's our first time contact for the AC service and we are far away from Texas, there have many questions to asked before the service, but Penny always very nice and prompt answer the call, they are very kind and professional. Technician Jeremy prompt came to fixed the problems and sent a very detailed report with the pictures to us, we are very happy and satisfiedfor his job done for us. This AC Company provide for both great customer service and wonderful technician support. Thank you so much!

I have have used Comfort Masters for years. i just bought a new home and lets just say it is not a new build. The AC was not running very well and i needed to know what i could about it. Comfort Masters sent out a tech and i was given a straight forward answer about the system. i was given options and how each one would effect the system and my pocket. i could not ask for better support knowing that Comfort Masters cares more about my family/home than they do about a quick buck.

Comfort Masters installed my unit and they have serviced it every since. I purchase their yearly maintenance contract every year. It pays off in that we are proactive in upkeep maintenance, we've avoided more costly repairs. I have a Trans Heat Pump snd we stay cool and comfortable all summer long. Comfort Masters even came out during the infamous February, 2021 storm and repaired our unit.

They're easy to work with, and Trisha is always willing to work with you getting someone out. Mike came out today and he is personable, professional and hard working and took time making sure our unit is running at 100%. Penny was very polite and helpful over the phone. She was able to get a technician over to my house in about an hour. Now for the technician, Rondel. He was incredible. Very nice, smart, helpful, kind. All of the things. He was understanding of my situation and helped every way he could. He is an awesome person and when I need help again, I will be asking for him by name.

They are absolutely the best! I have been with them 3 years now! They are one of the true honest AC/Heating companies around, Mike one of the Techs did my unit today so sweet caring and honest, if you use anyone else you are going to get taken for a ride financially! Our heater died during the cold snap. I contacted Comfort Masters and they had a technician there within the hour. The technician, Rondel Campbell, was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He completed the repair quickly and verified the unit was functioning properly. I am beyond grateful for Comfort Masters for their quick response and the professionalism and care they showed.

Jeremy, our technician arrived on time and prepared he was very user friendly. He answered all of my questions that I ask prior to his service. Jeremy then reviewed the condenser, inside unit. Reviewed our thermostat to make sure it properly. Checked out the outside unit. He was very professional and cleaned up nicely before leaving. He provided a copy of all work performed. My wife and I are very pleased.

Over the last couple of days, Comfort installed an air scrubber for me (1 employee) and properly sealed my ducts (2 employees). All 3 we're SO nice and friendly and went above and beyond for me.
