Top Of The Line Services. I must say I was very impressed with the service & installation of Parker Security NYC process. The job ended being a little more labor than anticipated and the installers were very knowledgeable & friendly. They stayed late to get it done, so they would not have to come back another day. They explained how the unit worked & even came back the Next day switch out one of the cameras because the color of the cover didn't match the others.

A few weeks later I had some technical issues & Parker Security NYC made sure to have it taken care of. Always in communication with me on what to do. I appreciate the service & technical support when I needed it. Also wanted to mention Joe at the office always got back to me in a timely fashion & made sure any issue was resolved.
