Jason and Kayla at Blackhawk Floors were a true pleasure to work with. Kayla was very helpful, pleasant and responsive on the phone during the entire process of setting appointments and payments. Jason went above and beyond to help me with three areas of my floor that had water damage and needed repair. It was a small job, but he treated me and my job like it was as important to him as it was to me.
You can't even tell where he patched in the new boards.and I have very high expectations! I would highly recommend Blackhawk Floors. They did great work and they are GREAT PEOPLE too!

Afraid I have to give them a poor rating simply for the fact they didn't bother to update their address when they closed the Goodyear shop and up and moved to Scottsdale. There is a little pop-up message that invites a Customer to come to the new Scottsdale showroom, but with Phoenix traffic this means a person in Goodyear practically has to charter an airplane to get to the new location. Please do not advertise your business is in Goodyear when clearly you do not exist in Goodyear.
