We wanted to replace carpet with laminate wood flooring and after reading all the positive comments here about AAA Hardwood, I called them for an estimate, Ken (the owner) came after few days to hour house and took measurement and gave us an estimate. We went to their showroom in 8255 E. Raintree Dr. #125 Scottsdale, AZ 85260 last Saturday at 1:00 to select the material and color and finalize everything.

The showroom was closed even though we went during their business hours, which was no biggie. We called the business number again on Monday, and left a voice message. Ken called back and he promised to come to our house in few hours and bring some samples, he never showed up. My husband called him twice and left him messages, he never returned the call. Poor business practices and unprofessional!

Incredible, amazing customer service, excellent workmanship and friendly, polite workers who know their craft and CLEAN meticulously after the work is done. Here are just a few things the two kind brothers who own this family business did for me, above and beyond a great hardwood flooring installation: - Ken (the sales brother) went to three different wholesalers searching for wood to match my existing, discontinued wood, then brought over the samples. - Van (the install brother) created a customized fit for the floors after finding an unexpected quirk in my flooring that would have otherwise been a pricey fix.

He also fixed my curtain rod just because he noticed it needed fixed. Ha! Days after the job I noticed a weird area in one of the carpet tucks and he was there the next morning to fix it. He also left a scratch refill pen for me just in case. -Saved me money by reinstalling the molding after floor installation. I don't know, I've heard some companies hassle you about this or make you buy new stuff. Don't think twice- hire them! Light years beyond the competition.

These guys are simply the best! AAA Hardwood Floor Inc did an amazing job installing new flooring in my living room. They are the few Mirage flooring dealers in the area so we decided to go with them. From measurement, ordering, and installation, everything went smoothly as planned. There was no surprises. We love our new Mirage flooring snd we also changed out the carpets in the guest room with Coretek LVP. We are extremely satisfied with the results.

We would give this company zero stars if possible. They are unprofessional and they lie. You spend hard earned money only to have theM not complete the job or clean up after themselves once they know they have your payment. STAY AWAY THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR COMMITMENTS! It is sad, they owner is such a deceitful and dishonest man, if they tell you Ken is coming, run the other way!

AAA Hardwood Floors over all is outstanding with regarding to pricing and installation. I am glad that I had chosen AAA Harwood Floors to install laminate. Ken, Van (and his crews) were awesome.

New carpet and "want to be wood" has been down more than a month now. Carpet, which Ken helped me pick out, looks great. Other flooring in kitchen, dining room, living room and halls cleans up great using water and Spic and Span. Everyone thinks the flooring is real wood and we love the color. The cat loves to skid across the floor but the flooring shows no scratches or damage from those sharp claws. Got a great price, minor glitches were handled expeditiously and staff could not have been more professional.

I've been waiting to write this review because I didn't want to be unfair and too emotional. We had hardwood floors put in late September 2018 and it honestly was a terrible experience. The saving grace, and reason I am able to give 2 stars rather than none, is that the owner Ken and his administrative assistant Jessica are amazing. They are responsible, kind, and willing to make things right. Unfortunately, the actual installment of the hard wood floors was less than desired.

Aside from the fact that we had some major wiring cut and a $4000 electrical bill (which AAA paid, but we were out of electricity in our basement for several days - and we are still having electrical problems), the actual craftsmanship was poor in areas of our home. Some baseboards were cut while others were removed and all of the rooms are inconsistent.

The baseboards look terrible and all need to be replaced (some have large gaps between boards and floors because they were cut, others have molding that removed but not replaced etc.). There were also odd gaps between some of the tile and wood flooring. A few of the walls were banged up. The crew was very defensive about damages that they clearly caused and it left us feeling awkward and bummed. There are many wonderful reviews, which is why we went with AAA in the first place. I'm not sure what happened, but hopefully it was just a fluke.

I had pleasure of working directly with the owner, Ken Tran. He was very polite and knowledgeable about his business. He not only explained the supply chain and process flow of procuring the teak wood we purchased, but also was very meticulous and thorough about his pricing. My wife and I immediately pulled the trigger to do business with him after being very disappointed in shopping around and getting high price points, prices for only service and/or materials, and quotes that required us to provide materials; a very fragmented market and frustrating to the customer.

We instantly knew AAA was the contractor of choice and we were happy to give an honest and friendly businessman our business. Since doing our entire bottom floor (appx 800 sqft), we re-hired Ken to do the same flooring on our upper floor and stairs that required meticulous cuts and bull-nosed matches. Our house looks amazing and the color is vibrant. Ken also helped us chose the color and provided us with photos of houses he's done with same flooring to show us how it'll look before we pulled the trigger. We've since recommended Ken to our close friends and colleagues at work. Unequivocally recommend him to anyone looking for high-quality floors with a friendly business team!

This is the second time I have used this company to install flooring in my dining room. I had living done last year. The saleman (I think was owner) came measured and had the exact match of my floor they installed last year. The 3 men who came to install, arrived right on time, the started to install the floor, they worked quickly. In about 4 hours I had my beautiful floor in my dining room.

They cleaned up everything, even the small amount of sawdust in garage and hawled away my old carpet. The next day I got a call from Jennifer ( I think was her name) checking on the install, GREAT customer service. DO NOT fall for those TV ads telling you get free rooms etc, that is all a scam. Use AAA you will love them.

We have had many compliments on our new floor as we have had many guests come to see it. The staff Was excellent to work with as well as the crew being very knowledgeable.

From the moment of our free quote with Ken to the final quality check, AAA Hardwood Floors was a great experience. The floor looks incredible and all of the workers were on time everyday and were very professional and courteous. They worked hard and we have an amazing floor to show for it. AAA Hardwood Floors helped me install my long cherished dream of having hardwood floors. The owner of the organization was very helpful in making me pick the right selection of the wood. The staff was very courteous and professional. To the point that couple of days I was away from home and it was unlocked. Very dependable crew. Will definitely recommend the company to my friends, for the work they do but also the people they have. Great work Ken and Van.

Excellent products, competitive pricing, good sales people and follow through. The installation went very well and booth the wood flooring crews and the carpeting crews did excellent work, cleaning up each day upon completion. The only concern was the wood flooring crew got reduced a few times from 6 members down to as few as two and this prolonged the job.

We chose AAA Hardwood Floors Inc. because Ken Tran (President and owner) appeared knowledgeable about flooring installation, produces some of his own product, explains why things are done a certain way, and gave a solid quote with no hidden fees. The AAA Hardwood Floor team was respectful and friendly. They did what they said they would do.

We were very pleased with the products provided, the owners knowledge and ethics/morals/business plan, along with the fact that there were no hidden costs. In addition, the employees were very kind, cordial and thoughtful and cleaned up after working in an exceptional manner. We have had several improvements recently completed and all failed our expectations until this project.

I had several quotes. AAA Hardwood Floors was not the lowest price wise but it was the most complete and best value. Ken brought several samples with him. I then looked around. I wanted gray floors then decided to go with a maple grey. The installation crew was marvelous. Very professional and friendly. I absolutely love my floors. I have referred them to several family and friends. I will use them on bathroom floors next.

Had a great experience with the sales person but our home was absolutely trashed by the installation crew. Walls and baseboards were severely damaged which we are currently repairing. Not only we are fixing everything but got to clean a dirty floor. Icing on the cake - we still got to pay full price for a poor job. Never again.

They did a great job with installation. You could tell they had all worked together very well. I was concerned that taking off the baseboards would damage them and they had recently been painted. The baseboards were fine, just some touching up. We are considering installing laminate in other areas of the house.

We called 4 companies for estimates and Brett from AAA hardwood was by far the most accommodating. He explained everything and made great recommendations. We checked with other customer referrals and the BBB and found nothing but compliments. On installation day your team of Larry, Jose and Jesus were polite and answered every question and concern we had.

Thank you to Ken and his awesome staff. We love our new Hickory floors in our master bedroom & den. They completely warm up our home & they are so smooth on our feet. They are gorgeous! This is our second time using AAA Hardwood & I would recommend them to anyone.

A very professional, knowledgeable floor company! We went to several companies in the Scottsdale trying to match one room to another. The ONLY one that said that it could be done was Ken at AAA. They installed the floor and "blended" the match perfect. From the demolition to install, everyone that worked on our project are true craftsmen. In an industry full of flakes.this is one professional contractor.

We were told over and over again, by multiple other installers, that we had a very complicated flooring project. It took over five years to finally find someone who said they could do it without a problem and that was AAA.

Working with Kenny at AAA was very easy. AAA has a wide selection of flooring including some proprietary flooring. Installation was quick, easy and professional and Kenny and AAA carried through on all of the commitments they made.

I had positive experience with AAA Hardwood floors. Ken was very helpful during the quote process explaining the quote in detail. Quote was written so that I could understand. He even took back the stock unused from the original estimate and credited me for unused material.

Brett of AAA Hardwood was an excellent source of information and the only one of the 4 other estimates we had received from other companies that really knew his product. He was extremely helpful and courteous.

I had first chosen Express Floors after attending the Arizona Home and Garden Show out at Cardinal Stadium. After doing further research I had concerns with all the complaints Express Flooring had on the BBB website. I made some calls had other contractors come out and after meeting Heath and discussing what we wanted to do we decided and felt more comfortable using AAA Hardwood. The professionalism, speed, and courteousness of the team that performed the work was impressive. I would recommend using AAA Hardwood.

Last year had Ken install bamboo floors in living room and "man cave".it's still as nice as the day it was installed.so when time to retile entry, kitchen, and bathrooms we called Ken again. They had to remove one layer of tile and two layers of old vinyl tiles! The results are beautiful, they had some tricky angles to cut around and it looks great. highly recommend this company.

This Company did several rooms of hardwood for us and I have been pleased with the workmanship & quality. I was not however pleased with their tactics. Each hardwood install their has been ample wood left over. Too much in our opinion. This last install I asked them to take it back because again it was another full unopened box as well as several scrap pieces.

I was charged $8.50 per sq foot for the 19+ sq ftt box. They did agree to take it back but only gave me half credit. I told them I did not agree because it was not installed and they ordered it as well as did the measurements. They refused to make it right. Be wary of this as It just does not seem right to us. I was very displeased!

Ken and his team are extremely helpful and professional when you are ready to replace any flooring in your home. We had Ken install a wood floor in our living room, and it came out beautiful!
