I had a great experience with European Design Flooring and John. He helped me select the right carpet and their were plenty of options to choose from. Also they were able to install and complete what a I needed very quickly. The carpet looks great, I would recommend them.

We had vinyl plank floor installed as well as new baseboard. The installers did an excellent job. Great attention to detail and no short cuts. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have new flooring installed.

John helped us pick out wood flooring, laminate flooring and carpet, John is very knowledgeable about the products they sell and makes the process quick and easy, while being extremely detailed and professional. I recently hired European Design Flooring to install my hardwood floor. It took me quite a few samples and a month or so to finally pick out the right one. I was never pressured to purchase. They were able to order my flooring even though it wasn't in their showroom. I am extremely happy with working with John in the office. He was always very polite, patient and delivered my sample box so I could make sure the hardwood was the right color and design for my home. John also followed up with me during the install to make sure everything was going well.

The installers were amazing. They were very professional, showed up on time every day, wore a mask for COVID precautions, verified the flooring before they installed, cleaned up before they left every day and verified the time they would show up the following day. They installed the product beautifully and meticulously. You can tell that installing floor is an art for them. I couldn't be happier with European Design Flooring and my beautiful new hardwood floors. I highly recommend them. They were very competitive in their quote too.

I highly recommend European Design Flooring. If I could give them a ten I would! Installed luxury Vinyl flooring in three bedrooms, took less than two days. The crew never stopped working except for lunch. Very professional, did outstanding job. Cleaned up and treated me and my house with respect. We had some termite damage on our engineered hardwood floor. I called over a dozen flooring companies and was told they couldn't help me because I didn't have any spare planks available for the repair. And no one was willing to try to find a similar product to match. Then I called John. Not only was he incredibly friendly, he told me he thought he could help find a similar product.

I sent him a photo of the damage and the next day he had material on order for the repair. He continued to follow up with me throughout the week to let me know the order was on its way and when I could expect the repair. His team arrived on time, made the repair in under an hour, and were so professional. You would never guess this was a "matched" product as it looks nearly identical to the rest of the flooring. Highly recommended! They just transformed my space in 2 days. They did install the luxury vinyl planks on top of the tile. Lonel was our guy, extremely professional and I had an urgency to move-in in 2 days, so they worked on weekends and made sure work is done before I move. Great job guys!

I had European Design Flooring install new carpet on two flights of stairs, and new countertops with a full backsplash in a kitchen for a clients second home. John Man was great to work with! He provided me with an estimate right away, he communicated every step of the process, and worked within my budget. The work was completed as scheduled and with excellent attention to detail. The kitchen and new carpet look amazing! I couldn't be more pleased with the finished result.

I've been coming here for years because of the great selection and the experience of the staff. They have a wide selection of virtually every type of wood species that you're looking for. Their installation crew is just as great.

Quick summary: Very competitive pricing, excellent customer service and great product. We were in the market for some new LVP in the house. We shopped local based on the best reviews we saw in Yelp/Google/FB/etc. Narrowed it down to about 5 vendors. The product pricing across the board was fairly similar, but the installation costs were what varied quite a bit.

Due to supply chain constraints, finding a product that we loved that wouldn't show up 6 months from now was difficult, and where we could find product that was in stock, either the price or the install wasn't a match. With European Design, we got it all and within the budget we intended. Not everything in life goes your way, and most of the time it's how you react to it that defines your experience.

The same could be said here. We set the schedule. ended up getting the product and availability early! The install was awesome - the gentlemen who did the install were so gracious and sweet to my 3 year old daughter who was curious as to what they were doing, along with our French Bulldog who was equally as interested. The finished job was exactly as expected within the scope. Getting to things not going our way, the transition pieces had a longer delay than we had hoped but as soon as they arrived, they were out to install. Here's where how we react defines an experience.

We have 1 transition piece that's a little finicky, not wanting to stay planted. Even after coming out to re-install, the little bugger just doesn't want to stay put. Rather than make excuses, EDF re-asserted their commitment to make sure it's right and replace the transition till it's perfect like the rest. I'm writing this just before they come back out to address it - now a lot of people would probably wait till everything is sorted to write a review but I'm so confident in these guys, I've got no problem putting it down now.

So hopefully this review is helpful for you as you make decisions. We get compliments all the time on our LVP (even from other contractors and builders!). Again, it was the product we loved, at a fair price with install. Highly recommend John and the guys from EDF.

They are hard workers, excellent craftsman and good businessmen. Their price is fair and they keep their word. We have had European Design Flooring complete two jobs for us now. We have always been so impressed with their work. On one of our homes they matched the wood where we had removed a couple walls then refinished the entire floor. Both turned out really well. I have to say these guys did an amazing job. The price was very fair and the craftsmanship was great. I purchased the flooring before even calling them and they didn't have a problem with it at all. They did demo and installed the flooring in less than three days. I wasn't even home while they worked and they did everything I asked of them and nothing was disturbed.
