Quality West upgraded our furnace and AC recently. I was really impressed with the level of communication from the office manager and techs. I had a few questions before and after the install. Josh got back to me immediately. Rob, the owner, showed up the morning of the install to walk through the work with the installers and myself. Very organized and excellent communication.

They were on time, did a great job with the install, and cleaned up. I work from home and there was minimum interruption. Overall, very pleased with the install and highly recommend them.

A repeat customer since 2014. They provide annual maintenance for my air conditioner and furnace. They've also provided service on my water heater. Wonderful company.

Rob Fling and his team are punctual, thoughtful, and have mini splits figured out. They've done installs at 2 properties for me, and nailed it each time. Don't hesitate to call them, and make sure to ask for Bob!

Alright, so maybe this is the way these guys operate. I had some air in my boiler. Call em out for an inspection and to purge it. Guy couldn't be bothered to do that. He stuck his carbon monoxide meter INSIDE the boiler unit, below the exhaust. Inside the exhaust stream. "Oh, you've got a problem." And wrote me up a quote for a major service. $4000+ Here's some of the things they quoted: Replace Zone Valve ($807.00) This is a honeywell unit that retails for $78.

It's a 30 minute job if you're sweating pipes. But the unit is just a part swap. I know. I've done it. Tridicator ($245.00) This is a pressure gauge. $25 part. Screw on and off in 5 minutes. None of this passes the sniff test. Anyway, I got a second opinion. "They're being dishonest. That is not how you measure CO. They're trying to rip you off. I recommend you replace the auto-purge valve just hook up a hose and purge the system. We can do that, or if you've got a hose and some wrenches, you can do it yourself. Pretty simple, honestly."

My furnace was leaking carbon monoxide and had been shut down by another company. I called 3 more companies for quotes on replacing my furnace and chose to hire Quality West based on their professionalism and reputation. A new furnace, air cleaner, and humidifier were installed and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I recommended them to my parents who also needed a new furnace, and they hired Quality West too. Great experience all around.

Woke up on a 30 degree day and found my furnace had stopped working during the night. I had a hard time finding someone who could come out the same day, but Josh worked me into the schedule even though they were already fully booked. Thankfully it was a simple fix, and Matt had my furnace up and running by late afternoon.

I just bought a new house knowing it was going to need a new furnace and air conditioner. Rob came out the day we closed on the house and scheduled us for installation the next day. Bob, Dave, and Steven were the installers and couldn't have been more pleasant to work with. They covered the floors with a special paper so nothing got dirty or scratched. These guys are a professional organization, and we will pass their names along to family and friends.

I was very disappointed and surprised by this company, as I thought that they would be better given the reviews. I called for a furnace which was short cycling. When the technician arrived it was not short cycling, but had a very dirty blower motor. I asked the technician to clean the motor but was told that Quality West does not clean blower motors and that I would have to replace the whole HVAC, because he thought that the AC coils were plugged and restricting airflow.

He said that my 10 year old system was at the end of its life and HVAC systems last no longer than 15 years. At this point I knew that he thought that I was ignorant of HVAC systems and was just trying to get me to replace a functional one that needed maintenance and cleaning with a new one. I called another company for a second opinion. The new technician cleaned the blower motor and did a diagnostic evaluation. Most likely the blower capacitor would need to be replaced, but not the whole HVAC. Very disappointed with Quality West Heating, as this technician was not honest!

If I could give this company more than five stars I definitely would. Rob was so knowledgeable about the product that he installed into my house. I really appreciate how professional the whole crew was and how my new boiler hot water system was beautifully installed. They made this whole process so easy on the customer from directing us to good financing, dealing with the permits, the inspectors, removing old hot water heater and the antique boiler that was on it's last leg.

Efficient boiler and efficient installation. Rob (the Boiler Artist) and his courteous crew replaced my 60 year old boiler and gas water heater with an efficient new combined system that heats the house and water. Rob's talent for plumbing design and installation got the job done right on schedule and right on budget. And it looks fantastic!

Furnace was not working properly and they sent service out within a day. Matt was the Service Tech, very professional, polite, and quick. Also very mindful of Covid protocols which was very important due to my husband being ill. I have a maintenance plan with them so he also did the fall maintenance and the repair did not cost anything. I've been using this company for awhile now and highly recommend them.

Rob and his crew of Bob, Dave, and Steven replaced our 25 y.o. boiler with a new up-to-date boiler. Rob is VERY knowlegeable about boilers and showed his better expertise when explaining every aspect during our estimation process that we had with several vendors. The installation is a "work of art" with all the piping, etc. laid out against their installed metal wall clading.

He added a 3rd zone so that our heat is now more efficiently distributed. And they did a great job of cleaning up post installation. I would not hesitate to HIGHLY recommend Rob/Quality West. And I will now always use them for all our boiler servicing needs. Thanks guys!

Quality West Heating & Cooling recently visited my home to service both furnace and air conditioning units. They offered competitive prices, easy scheduling and responsive office staff among other things. The technician arrived on time and completed all the work quickly. In the course of the visit, he took the time to explain his approach and offer tips about my system.

He also helped me locate and troubleshoot other issue affecting my system that was not directly related to the visit, clearly exceeding my expectations. For all these reasons, I have no concern about strongly recommending their services.

I've been a customer of Quality West Heating & Cooling since 2014. It is a great company. The replaced the original furnace & AC that came with my 20 y/o house with a new RHEEM system. What a great job! I book seasonal maintenance through them and they are always prompt and professional. Matt came today and completed a system check. I highly recommend this company.

I had this local company in Littleton, Colorado install a new furnace after getting several bids. They were the best price. I have since had them do both maintenance and replace a thermostat. They are always EASY to work with, trustworthy, professional and prompt. I recommend them! (Josh & Matt)

THEY ARE THE BOMB! I wish i could give more than 5 stars. I had found them on HomeAdvisor because i needed a 2nd opinion on a problem w my boiler. This was 2 years ago. I then had them out that same year to do an annual winter checkup. Both times it was Don. He was prompt and explained everything that was going on. Well, now to this year. I called for my annual checkup got it scheduled then had to change it last minute.

Not an issue. The owner Rob was my service tech and he had to give us the bad news that we needed a new boiler. Not a surprise it is over 50 years old. Rob gave us a quote which looked fair. We just had the work done. It was great. Took 2 days but all the guys were great. Very friendly, professional, and personable. They took the time to clean up the rats nest of pipes and wires from 50 years of sub par work. It is now like a piece of art work. They took the time to explain about everything. All shutoffs and so on. If you need heating or cooling work done call them.

Quality West is excellent! This past Friday my AC unit was blowing warm air into my home. I called them at 3:30 PM and they were out by 4:30 PM. The issue was a minor issue fortunately and since it was in the upper 90s this weekend, I'm even happier that they were able to fix the issue so I had AC over the weekend. They not only give you great service with the installation but also after the install with the same exceptional service.

Very professional job installing our new heater and new air conditioner! Everything looks and works great! I/we can't say enough good things about this company. Thanks guys!
