You call the plumbing company and say hey this part that you sold me in confidence with the xxx warranty is not working, understanding the labor issue may or may not be out of date, please repair or replace the defective item you sold me. All-Star Rooter and Plumbing stands behind every part faucet or fixture sold and installed by our company.

This warranty covers and is limited to the actual replacement of any part covered under this warranty. If any covered part ever goes bad under this time you will NOT be referred to an outside company or other manufacturer, as we handle it ALL in house. ALL-STAR Uses materials not found in your local Lowe's, Home Depot or hardware store.
