They replaced our water heater which had just gone out of warranty. I've never known of a water heater failing in less than 10 years but ours did. The new one is the same brand. Hopefully that wasn't a mistake. We'll see. The repair guy was very polite, professional, quick and the installation looks and operates great.

Colton did a great job in changing out the old water heater, that was ready to burst after 10 yrs. He put in a new Rudd water heater. He didn't try and sell me something I didn't need like another plumber tried. If ever I need plumbing services, I'm keeping your number. Thank you.

Arthur was up front with costs, options, and listened to my needs -and budget. He was available on Saturday. I insisted on neatness and keeping my carpet and home clean with the install. We were so lucky to have been pointed in One Call Plumbing's direction! After our last renters left our rental home, they left it with some serious damages, especially plumbing ones! Arthur came in and was extremely knowledgeable and thorough when explaining what he was doing and why. Also, his pricing was super fair and reasonable. He worked quickly and made sure we were satisfied before leaving! We definitely will keep One Call Plumbing's number handy for all our plumbing issues!

One call plumbing supposedly replaced a filtered water faucet for $440. The same day they installed it, it still wasn't fixed and the guy was already leaving. He "fixed" it by cleaning out "cold water slime" out of the pipe and replacing a blue line plastic thingy under the sink going to the water filter, he took his $440 and left. A couple of days later it was leaking again and the same technician came out and looked at it and blamed the "cold water slime", he "cleaned it" and left.

A week later it was doing the exact same thing, leaking from the faucet on top. The same technician came out and looked at, then blamed it on the whole water filter system. Basically they never fixed what was wrong with it and simply GUESSED at what the problem was and never pin poined the real problem. I do not recommend One Call Plumbing. Steer clear of them.

I called One Call Plumbing and they scheduled me at a time that was convenient for me. They showed up early and fixed what I needed done quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them in the future if I have any other plumbing problems!

He did a thorough job & they even told me about a special they were having in which it waived the service call fee. I also told him about the Yelp $155 for $200 deal they were promoting which he also honored. Overall, their BBB of AZ A+ rating & positive Yelp reviews speak the truth. One Call is the one & only call you should make for your plumbing needs!

We we will definitely be using them again. We had an emergency burst pipe situation and they had a technician out within an hour on a Saturday evening. We received great customer service from the dispatcher who updated us when the technician was on his way. Stephano, the technician, was professional and knowledgeable. Stephano, even came back to check on the work the next day. The quoted price was the price we paid.

The drain between my kitchen and laundry room was clogged so I called one call plumbing, and wow was I impressed. Todd was here 15 minutes (not kidding) after I called them. Their prices were extremely fair and the service I received from Todd G. was top-notch. Todd got my drain cleared out in under 20 minutes and I'm happy to report everything is back in normal working condition. I will certainly use them next time I have a plumbing issue.

I 1000% percent recommend this team they did a fantastic job clearing my drains in my older home. They hung in there when other guys told me it would cost 4 to 6 thousand to tear up the pipes. They had someone out same day and took care of it. Thanks again guys.

Unfortunately due to an older home with older pipes and a remodel, we have had to use their services a lot. With that being said, we could not have had a better experience or service. I have been a customer of One Call Plumbing for almost 10 yrs. Yesterday, Mac came out to see why I was having an issue with my hot water heater. What a nice, thorough young man Mac is. Of course he found the problem and fixed it. Also, I want to compliment the lovely young lady, Janaya (sp) who answers the calls and sets up appointments. She is a breath of fresh air and makes the whole experience pleasant. She's a keeper and deserves a raise.

Called One Call Plumbing in Mesa, AZ to replace a leaking water heater. Was quoted $1250 parts and labor to install a Bradford-White 50gal gas heater(one of the lowest rated brands available) and was promised service the next day. Price was exceedingly high and the quality not what I really wanted but agreed to it due the fast installation time. Service guy showed up when scheduled and immediately said he was going to charge an extra $240 to move the water softener(an effort that required the removal of 2 plastic spring clips and a move of 6 inches.) This discussion led to his being asked to leave the premises.

In the end though I am thankful for this bait and switch tactic, because the next reputable plumbing company I called supplied and installed a better quality water heater for $839 and charged no extra for the 5 minute job of moving the water softener.

The gentleman that did our repairs, Todd, was a very informative plumber, who seem to be very knowledgeable, of his area of expertise. gave us some very helpful information which we used to locate the type of sink and faucet we wanted to place in our kitchen.

My husband hit the gas line to the pool filter with a pick.(if there was a place to review husbands on here, I'd be giving him one star right about now). we needed a plumber who could fix this. After reading reviews, and calling several plumbers, One Call was the only one who could help us. I'm not going to lie, I was very distrusting. I put plumbers in the same category as attorneys. pricey and not so trustworthy (my apologies to any attorney reading this). Man, was I wrong.

The man who came out to fix the gas line, Gary, was great.professional, friendly. He explained the repair to us, price-wise, and walked us through every charge on the bill when the job was done. I can't say enough positive things about him. The guy was great.

Recently our air conditioner stopped working, and we called this company. They sent out a technician who spent about an hour and a half on the roof. When he finally came down, he informed me that the compressor was not working and that we would have to get a new one. They quoted us a price of around $3,000. We called another company to get a second quote and they told us that the unit wasn't working because it was unplugged up on the roof. Granted, our a/c unit is old, and we will most likely need a new compressor (or entire unit) soon, but we will not be buying it from this dishonest company.

Called with a plumbing leak that I found after I got home from work - very professional on the phone. Came right out and fixed the job - they were dressed professional - did not have to worry about them dragging dirt thru my house - which was nice. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing need and I know that I would use One Call Plumbing again!

These guys totally rock. I had some problems with my plumbing that prevented installation of a new ice maker. I called at 6pm yesterday and very courteously got an appointment for 6am today. The technician Kris was right on time, very friendly, and had me to work on time by 8am. I will definitely be using them for all my plumbing issues (knock on wood.).
