I had a Frankenstein looking plumbing setup for my backyard hose. It was a dumpster fire and wasn't a good situation. In addition- when I had my pool auto-fill installed a few years ago- it was plumbed into a hot water line by some random company. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Mark from Hansen Family Plumbing. What a great guy. He saw the problem and offered a great solution at a very fair price.
In addition- Mark went out of his way to help secure some pipes to my wall- when that wasn't part of his problem today. He just saw it wasn't done (and I was clueless) and took care of it. I'm so excited to have an amazing plumbing referral in the event something goes bad. Run- do not walk, to get Hansen Family to your spot. The quality and craftsmanship is second to none.
In the fall I'm looking forward to Mark installing a new tankless water system. My water heater. Ow is running on thoughts and prayers- so soon it's time. I really appreciate having top notch professionals like Mark do such amazing work. It's not common today- and when you find it- you have to appreciate it. Thanks again Mark- you're the best!

Great experience with Hansen Family Plumbing. They let me know when the guy was coming, with a picture and history of him so I would know he was the right one. He was very thorough with me septic blockage, and ran a camera down it after the first blockage was cleared. The camera discovered a second blockage, which he used the snake for and made sure all was good. Great job!

1/31/24 UPDATED REVIEW -- Almost 2 years later from my last review and I needed plumbing assistance with my guest room toilet this time. Robert came out again from Hansen Family Plumbing and again I am totally pleased with service, pricing and speed in getting a brand new toilet. My bathroom counter configuration was difficult and Robert was skillful and efficient in finding, ordering and installing the toilet under the counter -- all with a friendly smile!
I will definitely call Hansen again if & when I need plumbing help again! Robert was friendly, informative, trustworthy and efficient. Garbage disposal fixed and working beautifully-- also appreciated tips on how to clean and keep it working! Highly recommend both Robert and this company!

We had a great experience from start to finish with Hansen Family Plumbing. Robert was patient and friendly. He provided an estimate for us and answered all of my questions. As soon as I accepted the estimate, I received a call to schedule service. Robert came back to do the work, showed up on time, and was very thorough. I discovered my water heater was leaking late one evening and was very quickly given an early morning appointment. Nick arrived on time and worked diligently to make sure that everything was up and running perfectly in time for me to make it to my next appointment on time. Nick was knowledgeable and very courteous. A very good experience.

Preston Mitchell-Brooks just replaced my toilet and drained my hot water heater. He was efficient, professional, obviously takes pride in his work and in addition, pleasant and easy to deal with! Hansen Family Plumbing has been out several times in the last few years and has been great. They now offer AC and heating service and I am switching over after eight years with a different company.

Great company to partner with. We had a leaky water heater and Jerry was out to investigate within minutes of our initial contact. He was professional, friendly, and well qualified. Jerry replaced our water heater the next day and stayed until 8 pm on a Friday night to make sure it was installed and working properly. He is by far the best plumber I've ever used and I would have no hesitation calling him back for more work. Hansen gets five stars in my book. Thanks!

Hansen was great, and got Mark scheduled out to our house on very short notice for a leaking water heater. He stayed late until the job was done and we had hot water. It was very appreciated since we had family in town. His professionalism could not have been better, and he was a great sport in the family circus we had going at the house at the time!
He was so knowledgeable and helped alleviate our concerns on mold, and even came back the next day to complete our warranty work. Everything was perfect and I would highly recommend Mark and Hansen Family Plumbing. Thank you again for everything!

5/5 without a doubt! They had their tech Jerry to my house in an hour. Jerry was super knowledgeable and took the time to do additional research for our specialized toilet issues. Really appreciate his effort to get the work done as quickly as possible for us while yet still taking the time to make sure it would be done right for us. I had JERRY come out to evaluate our hot water & recirculating pump system. His competence and experience really served us well. He found a small amount of water in the heater pan, felt it was a lower tank failure and called Rudd and got authorization for a warranty water heater replacement which he completed. We also needed to replace 3 faucets in 2 bathrooms and the kitchen which he and Dillon did a couple days later.
During the bathroom install he determined the drain provided by the manufacturer was unacceptable and went and got new parts to ensure our glass sink would be secured and properly drain (something I do not think the average plumber would do). Jerry saved us a lot of money by handing the water heater replacement and showed his personal pride in doing the job right by installing new faucets correctly and going the extra mile with the drains using quality parts at a very reasonable price.

I'm very pleased with the work of Hansen Family Plumbing and Air. Hansen quickly responded to my inquiry regarding a pinhole leak in a pipe located in front of my house and scheduled a next day appointment. Robert was sent for our service call and quickly identified the root of the issue. Robert was professional, knowledgeable, and quoted us at a very reasonable price. Robert completed the work in only a few hours and gave me a thorough walkthrough of what work was done. I didn't have a dedicated plumbing company prior to Robert's visit but happy to say that Hansen will be my go-to for my plumbing needs in the future.

5 out of 5 compliments! Yesterday I had a 1995 shower faucet where the handle just kept spinning. Upon discovery I read through the Yelp reviews of Hansons Family Plumbing and was impressed with their ad and great comments of praise. I called and was immediately greeted with "what can we can help you with?" I was impressed that someone picked up the phone!

Funny we needed a quote for a job and while he was here we were impressed with the knowledge and friendliness when we had questions on everything HVAC and water heater related. This was our first time using Hansen Family Plumbing and Air. I scheduled a tune-up going into the hot summer months since we had just purchased our house and wanted to make sure the unit was operating efficiently. James was our technician. He arrived on time and we got text updates as to when he was heading our way, etc. which I appreciated! James was very professional and did a great job.
He let me know of a couple of things that we may need to address down the line with the unit. I know nothing about AC units and he did a great job of explaining it all to me! I will definitely be using Hansen Family again for plumbing and AC needs.

Sunday afternoon, found a water leak behind the wall of the shower. Found Hansen Family Plumbing on line. They had great reviews. Left a message at 6:30 am Monday. Lilly call me back at 7:30 am. She was so nice and very professional. She was able to schedule us for later the same day. Robert came out he was also friendly, very professional, answered all of our questions, fixed the leak and made sure we had resources for the restoration. Such a relief. Would use Hansen's again and highly recommend them to anyone.

We called Hansen Family Plumbing and Air at 4:45, just before they closed. Brittany answered the phone and was incredibly friendly helping us get an appointment set up for a new water heater. Robert F was our technician and showed up right at the beginning of the time window. Showed us our options without making us feel pressured. We had them install the new water heater and they were able to do it immediately.
When Robert was on his way they send you a picture along with a quick description of who is coming to your house. Customer service was through the roof. Pricing was also right in line with what we expected. Definitely worth the phone call for any plumbing issues. Highly recommend!
