Creative Bath Systems

Creative Bath was a pleasure to work with. I had my bathroom remodeled by them a few years back and had an excellent experience so when my wife wanted board and batten in our formal room I reached out to them to see if they did anything like that and to my delight they did. My wife is so happy with the outcome and I was happy with the price. Truly a quality company to stand by.

I had called several contractors and Bob from Creative Bath was the only one that called me back so right there I appreciated that. The price was right in my budget and there was no high pressure sales tactics at all which again I appreciated. When the installers arrived they were super professional and kept the work isolated to the bathroom. They were very pleasant and respectful which is what you want when you open your house to strangers. The finished product exceeded my expectations and I already reached out to Bob to see how soon we can do my guest bathroom.

Stay away from Brian J Gamble, he is a contractor that does work for the company and represents them poorly, he took money from my client last month and has never completed the work. I guess I can say he was scammed. He lives in Massillon Oh and works at the facility in Northfield, he calls the customers explaining how he is with the company but can save them money if the customer works more closely with only him.

So letting all customers know not to be scammed by this man. I reported this to the BBB as well. I have photos of the invoice for the $900 deposit paid for the job to start and to be completed in one week with a balance of $900, total for job was $1800, I also have few contact numbers that he no longer responds to as well.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Poor customer service skills. They were very rude I ask the sales rep to send someone back out to redo my grout lines. Bob the salesman sent someone out to but told him to just redo one grout line and then proceeded to argue with me about doing any more grout lines. Service: Floor fitting

Typical breakfast. Eggs, sausage, hash browns and toast. Service was excellent. Little pricey. Will return.

We looked at many people for our bathroom and one thing kept happening, we'd background check and they were criminals. I then found this company and the people checked out. Yay no sex offenders, which apparently is common with home contractors. Fast forward to creative bath systems and Chuck who came out and gave me a quote. We had a new shower/ tub put in, vanity, toilet and new floor, basically the whole bathroom.

When they were done, the bathroom looked great and the price wasn't much more then everyone else. We even had extra issues from the previous owners we didn't know about and they fixed that for free so the job was done right. My family and I are very happy with the work.

Never in my life have I experienced such blatant disrespect and rudeness from a guest in MY OWN HOME. This company found me through an inquiry I placed through Home Advisor for a potential shower update. About a half second after I placed the inquiry, Chuck called me from this place and started his "I'm not a high pressure salesman" sales pitch. Oh the irony. Anyhow, I made it VERY clear that I'm just trying to get some ideas and estimates at this point.

I even asked for their website info and specifically asked if there was a pricing page so that I could get an idea. Hint: there wasn't. Naturally, I get the typical salesman response of "there's no average amount for this so I'll come by to give you a quote". Ok fair enough. So Chuck comes to our home, does his pitch about their family owned business, bla bla bla.

So when he shows me the quote and tells me what we are looking at, I am honest with him in saying that much more than we were looking to spend. His response? "Then what was the point of me even coming out here" I explained again. simply for a quote. he comes back with "I could've given you a quote over the phone". Like I previously mentioned, I tried that approach.

Moral of the story, this guy "Chuck" was beyond rude to me in my own home and it took a great deal of will power to not tell him to get the hell out of my house. I'll spare you the time and hassle of dealing with these people, they're basic white tub surrounds are grossly overpriced at about $6,000 (not including any accessories or extras). Take your business elsewhere. I had Landmark Remodeling come out today, and they quoted me only $1,750 for a beautiful TILE shower which is what I wanted to begin with.
