Excellent experience. Quality roofing product, reasonably priced, and very quick/efficient work. 3 days from start to finish, I was very impressed. Neil was very friendly and attentive through the whole project. One final thing: it may sound silly, but they did an amazing job cleaning up as well. I've dealt with many contractors in the past with varying levels of quality, but I've never had a crew clean up as well as these guys did. I ran my own magnet all around my house and garage after the fact and literally found two nails. Two. I was shocked, thanks so much guys. I would recommend them to anyone!

I did not end up getting my house re-roofed by Davison roofing, but I really appreciated the owner coming out to do the estimate! I would have expected him to send someone in his stead but it gave a very personal touch to something that is kinda a big part of a house. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I have also heard many excellent things about their quality of work and would recommend them to anyone. We ended up going with something a bit more economical, however.

Very responsive and answered all of my many questions with patience. They were very respectful of my property when installing the new roof. There were a couple delays due to weather, and they always notified me. I'm very pleased with my roof!

I recently bought a home and was told by the inspector that there were minor repairs that needed to be done on my roof. I called Davison roofing because of a recommendation from my mother in law. They were incredibly quick to respond and amenable to my schedule for a quote (i work nights). Neil was very punctual and kind as i opened the door sleep deprived from a night of working (lol). Neil took his time looked at my roof and sent me a quote quickly.

Come to find out the roof didn't actually need to be repaired. How incredible is that? Not only was i floored by his honesty but they were so kind and didn't make me feel bad for wasting their time (cause i definitely did feel terrible!). My mother in law was right, Davison roofing are wonderful people and i would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Davison Roofing was recommended to me for consideration among 4-5 roofing companies. In addition to the quote being very competitive, the approach Neil took was greatly appreciated. The installation was excellent, including maintaining the surrounding property / area as promised. They found a couple unexpected issues and dealt with them in a seamless fashion while communicating the issues & resolution. I'd recommended Davison Roofing to all and will use them again in the future.

Davison Roofing did our roof last summer. We are so pleased and impressed with the gorgeous roof they installed. In fact, the roofing supply company uses a photo of our roof on their web page! The crew closed up 11 old skylights, new sheathing, felt and a composition roof. Workers left our property spotless. Davison is one of the few companies that offers a warranty that covers both labor AND materials! Love that they are family owned too!

Neil and his guys were great. The job went smooth. His crew worked in January with temps around freezing! No overages on cost, stuck to the estimate. Daivson Roofing offered all of the details in their service that other contractors offered and were by far more competitively priced of the 6 quotes I received. Our home is about 2500 sqft. with an uncomplicated gable roof.

Cost came in around $21K after tax. A year later I noticed a small leak around the furnace vent, I notified Neil, and he came out right away and took care of it. He stood by his lifetime craftsmenship warranty.

Davison Roofing was recommended by Westhill as someone that might be able to install a matching GAF shingle roof on our newly built 10x16 storage shed/playhouse. With the wet weather fast approaching I wasn't sure Davison Roofing would be able to fit my project in since time was of the essence, but Neil did not disappoint. He was able to schedule the installation in less than 2 weeks and the project was completed quickly and with excellent, professional looking results per my specifications.

Im not sure how your roofing is but your drivers suck! One of your driver cut my husband off in the middle of an intersection and almost caused an accident. Its just not a great thing for a company.

The picture on this Yelp account is my new roof! It is gorgeous! We were actually dreading this process.but after choosing Davison we couldn't be happier! They tore off a hideous, old shake roof and removed 11 old skylights and closed up the holes. Our property was left spotless, and not a single flower in our flower beds were damaged. Davison is one of the few that cover materials AND labor, so when you get bids. Ask about that. The best part.the warranty can be transferred ONE time if you decide to sell your home. We still got several bids (about 5) and the Davision Roofing's price was right in line with the others. Neil agreed to remove / replace some facia board and gable end pieces for us as part of the job, and they did nice work. The crew was polite, friendly, hard-working and cleaned up after themselves. The roof was done on-time, looks great, and we're very happy with both the product he recommended and the quality of the install. We confidently recommend them.

Neil is the owner of this roofing company. Couldn't be a better roofer or person. We hired them after finding a leak and was told we had to wait 3 weeks because of how busy they are. 3 weeks in Washington during winter is a long time to wait for a leaky roof. He came back to try and patch it for free and to put our minds at ease. It was a bigger problem then originally thought. Neil juggled his already busy schedule around and was able to squeeze us in that following Monday. 2 1/2 weeks before our scheduled time!

My wife is someone who is very critical and watches everything like a hawk. She always has a million questions. Not only was he patient in dealing with this, he was always responsive, and addressed any concerns. We had an inspector come out and take a look. When we told him who did the roof he assured us that every inspection he does that uses this company is always done right.

He only found a couple minor issues that was a 5 min fix. Our neighbor was so impressed with work that he will be using them also. Great company and even a better business man.

We love our new roof, it has enhanced the look of our property from all sides. Excellent customer service and excellent quality workmanship I trust they would have told me or addressed any concerns that they may have noticed however that part of communication would be the only think I would ask of since this is one of those areas of the home that homeowners dont get to see.

These guys are great! Best roof, best crew. They worked when they said they would, consulted us every step of the way so we were sure to get what we wanted. They had all sorts of work to do, what with replacing plywood and making the additions to the house seamless. And they kept the yard free of debris, cleaned up daily. Beautiful!
