Lakewoods Remodeling

We first contacted Lakewoods a couple of years ago to come out and inspect our roof after a hail storm. We didn't have enough damage for a new roof but we were told we probably had 1-2 years of life left with our current roof. Fast forward 2 years and we contacted Lakewoods again for a roof and gutter estimate. Brad came out, looked at our roof and emailed the estimate a couple of business days later. Brad was very responsive via email and phone with our questions regarding the estimate.

We wanted to change the type of roof venting and add on the leaf guards to the gutters. The roof installers were polite, quick and clean. We are very happy with our new roof and gutters! Will happily recommend Lakewoods to others.

We hired Lakewoods remodeling to reside our house after a remodel. Scott did a great job of helping us figure out the details to make our house look great. The crew did a great job. The City of Bloomington inspector took the time to tell us how good a job the crew was doing. We love it when our neighbors tell us how good it looks now with the new color

We used Lakewood to replace our old worn roof and added new gutters. We worked with Scott and he was a great help through the process. We removed an extra piece of fascia around the whole roof and there was a big gap between the roof and 2nd piece of fascia. Scott worked with us to find a solution and it turned out fantastic. We also found a lot of rotten fascia during the roof removal and he worked with us to get it all replaced. Our roof and gutters look fantastic and we could be more pleased!

Scott and Lakewoods Remodeling team had great communication, excellent quality work and value. He double-checked to ensure that everything we wanted to be done was accounted for before the installation. The installation team arrived on time, worked diligently, and cleaned up well at the end. Scott followed up afterwards to make sure that we were satisfied with the quality work.

Lakewoods remodeling was 1 of 3 companies that I had bid on my roofing project. All 3 offered the same materials for install, but they had the best bid. Unlike the the other companies they did not use questionable sales tactics. Scott provided a detailed bid in writing with what they would do and all the products they would use. Leading up to the install Scott and team provided me all the details I needed to be ready for them to show up and replace my roof.

A couple issues came up with our install (my house is older) and Scott clearly communicated what had came up and how we can fix. Even with minor issue they still came through with timing to finish and didn't cause the bid to be off. Overall I would strongly recommend Lakewoods remodeling for any future job around my house!

Lakewoods was great to work with for our hail claim! Scott is very responsive and helpful. He worked with our insurance company to make sure we got all our repairs covered and was very patient/persistent when our insurance required additional information to cover additional repairs not covered in the adjuster's original report. Scott Rise with Lakewoods remodeling was by far the most responsive, knowledgeable and upfront with his assessment of the damage. He was informative about what he saw and gave me an honest opinion of my options without promising anything or trying to sell me on his services.

After submitting a claim to insurance, Scott worked with my assessor to address all damage and get the necessary repairs covered. Once approved, the work was completed quickly and follow up on any concerns was excellent.

We received quotes from several other companies and they were either way over priced or the communication was bad. Scott at Lakewoods Remodeling was quick in response, detailed in the quote, and work was scheduled and completed quickly. His crew worked quickly and did a great job on our roof. They were very careful with covering landscaping and cleaning when they were done as well. If you're looking for high quality work and don't want to overpay, Lakewoods is the place to go!

We had a great experience with Lakewoods Remodeling. We worked with Scott, and he was great with communication and responding. His prices were good and the quality of work was great. We were in an unfortunate situation of a surprise roof replacement upon our home sale inspection. We were also dealing with a lot of competition for contractors' time, as there were recent storm and hail events in our area. Fortunately, we contacted Scott and he was quick with a proposal and was able to fit us in quickly.

The process could not have been smoother. The materials and the dumpster arrived a day in advance, and the day of the work his crew were in and out while we were at work. Aside from a dumpster full of old material, there was no sign of anybody being there. The job was perfectly cleaned up, and a great looking roof! Lakewoods Remodeling did a great job on our home. They replaced the roof on the house and garage. They were also able to replace some corrugated roofing that was over our deck. Scott worked with our insurance company to ensure that all of our costs were properly covered. He was great to work with and his team was very efficient. Our house looks great.
