Love the professionalism of the company and crew. They answered all of my questions. Informed me of black mold while repairing water damage my water heater caused. They informed me of the safety issues with my house having black mold and it's requiring special care. They helped with setting up a company to come pack my belongings and store it for us.

When the mold job is done the pack out company will bring my stuff back to my house. I had a lot of stuff and the packers were very careful with my belongings. The company provided a lock box for front door. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone that needs help. Thank you Jeff, John, Chris, and everyone else for all that you have done.

They must be understaffed because they are dragging their feet. my bathroom walls were saturated from a leak upstairs and contained asbestos. Both my family and my property manager are annoyed with them. They only ever act when we call them and ask them to move on to the next step. If we never called and nagged them (and corrected them on their misinformation), I wouldn't have had a toilet for at least a month. Took an angry phone call to order them to stop what they're doing that day and send a guy here to do it on the day they first told me it would be done. Tried to get out of it by saying it isn't their job! Now I'm still waiting 3 weeks later to put new drywall and my sink back in the bathroom. It is not my job to tell you to do your job!

Can not say enough GREAT things about this company. From carpet cleaning (Lee rocks!) to mold inspections and remediation - they are my first and only call to address any needs for my family and my clients. We recently had a water leak in our attic. The water was dripping from ceiling and coming out of the walls onto our garage floor. We called our insurance company and they hired clean earth to start the water clean up process. I was a little apprehensive at first not having picked them myself. But I have to say that I was quite impressed when Daniel and Darnell showed up and started working. They were professional, hardworking and very detailed. Also quick and efficient. Very nice guys. I would definitely use them again. Thank you for a job well done!

They were able to get me an appointment next day due to some cancellations. They gave me great and easy pricing by room, plus a first-time user discount. The carpets were filthy and disgusting due to previous tenant walking around in shoes and spilling coffee, but they were able to get it all up and they looked great after! Very happy with my experience. The man who cleaned for me (Dre?) was also very pleasant to deal with.

My HOA contracted with this company for a mold removal project in my unit. Alex and her partner, Fidel, did a superb job. Alex was exceptional. She has great communication and customer service skills. She was patient while explaining the progress of this process to me. This is not a situation that I've ever had experience with. Clean Earth will now estimate and bid the reconstruction phase and I really hope that they get awarded with the work.

So far everyone at Clean Earth has been very nice and easy to work with. That isn't always easy when navigating and HOA/homeowner situation. They have done their best to communicate what they can to me. I will recommend this company to others.

My kitchen flooded while I went home for the holidays and I thought this was going to be a huge issue. But Clean Earth Restorations is amazing. Every single employee I have I have met or talked with has been extremely friendly and accommodating. A few names I'd like to point out are Jose, Cameron, Daniel, and Evan (pretty sure I got these right). All these guys helped to fix our water problems very fast. Definitely recommend them!

In the last year I to use Clean Earth on 2 occasions & needless to say I have gotten to know the entire crew. My HOA of my condo community uses Clean Earth on all their restoration, dryout projects & they have re-assured me that theyre one of the better companies out there! I had a Slab leak / flood restoration & mold mediation, kitchen tearout & rebuild along with shortly after had a roof leak & had a dry-out & drywall repair.

Big jobs like this are never a speedy repair & is a process especially when requiring HOA board approvals but for the most part under the circumstance now that its behind me, they did a great job on both projects. My hold-ups was never with C.E. as they always had a crew readily available to to all aspects of the demo, dryout, restoration, finishing, clean-up in a timely manner. Had one issue but discussing the situation with the owners Paul, Robyn & 2 project managers Dean & Shawn things were resolved & happy with their work & results. Would recommend!

Screwed up on our project and wouldn't rectify the screw up. Would avoid this place if you have other options.

I had the pleasure of working with Juan and Cameron during this difficult time and they were very professional and responsive. They made this experience as easy and pain free as possible and I am ever grateful for their responsiveness and help. They even assisted with furniture moval and taping areas of my home that was not part of their job. A great company with fabulous technicians.

Procrastination is the main issue of this company. My landlord use this company, it took over a month for mitigation, and did mediocre job for restoration. And bad communication with contractors.

This company caused many losses to our complex by leaving the gates open disregarding the safety of our older residents. Not only his prices are 2-3 times more than most companies, they will take almost 12 months for a project that should have been finished in 3 months. our residents had nowhere to cook, and had to sleep in molding apartments for months -horrible

The best carpet cleaning service I've ever used. They are so efficient, professional, kind and affordable. I was referred by my downstairs neighbor who has been using them for 10 years! Drey was such an absolute gentleman, who went above and beyond. Kaela & Caitlyn were so kind and patient. Clean Earth Restorations made the reconstruction process of our home a breeze. When we had a main pipe water break and flooded our home we contacted our home insurance and had another company come out (not worth mentioning) and did an okay job but their cost was up the roof! My insurance was not willing to work with them anymore. I had to go out of my way and find a new restoration company that was willing to stay within budget and have a experience team to take on this job.

I called Clean Earth Restoration team to come to my home for an estimate. Not only was Shawn very professional but also demonstrated attention to detail and really pointed out what was important. He wowed us with his experience and answered all the questions we had. He is highly knowledgeable and he gave us an estimate on when the project will be done.

The reconstruction of my home was finished ahead of schedule and we were in our home sooner! Hire this company! They will answer their phones and will attend to every detail of your home. Communication is key and they will give you details of progress if you need them. Our home turned out beautiful. Their contractor is also extremely knowledgeable and will make things right. Overall they exceeded our expectations. Definitely, a 5 Star company!

My roof leaked over Thanksgiving. Cameron and Angel were assigned to fix the inside since mold started growing. I had to be out of town and made arrangements for them to get in my home. Both were great at letting me know when they came and went and what they had done for the day. Their teams were very respectful of my home and I could hardly tell anyone had been. I would definitely recommend Clean Earth for any clean up you need. I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do I know where I'm going. Thanks guys!

I had water damage in my condo and called Clean Earth Restorations. Cameron and Jose showed up and walked me through the entire process. They got to work right away and placed plastic sheets to isolate the problem from the rest of my home. They immediately placed a humidifier to dry off the moisture and a HEP machine for air quality. They came back and did some demolition and continued coming back to monitor the moisture and air quality. Cameron and Jose where very professional and helpful with any questions I had. I would definitely, recommend Clean Earth Restorations to anyone who has a flood or water damage.

Carpet cleaner galore! Drey, the technician, just battling the pouring rain, my dirty carpet and my couch, - never cleaned. Great personal attitude, incredible craftsmanship, excellent customer service over the phone. Just a very pleasant way to spend good money for an outstanding job immaculately well done. Alex and her team did an amazing job. There were a few hiccups but the response time and the ownership from your team made up for it. Fred, cameron, and Braden did a remarkable job. They were very professional and very flexible with my work schedule. Shawn even took the time to come to my work for a few signatures since I had such a tight schedule with my kids and husband being out of town.

I live in a small apartment complex, my neighbor clearly had some kind of water damage so this company came out very late at night on 5/7/19. It woke me up out of my sleep at midnight because some of their coworkers were slamming doors, picking up and dropping trash in the middle of the walkway, and talking very loud in the middle of the apartment complex with the door open and all their fans on.

I understand that this company is a 24 hour emergency service but you need to have some courtesy when dealing with noise and the neighbors surrounding. When I went outside to ask how much longer they would be they said a couple of minutes and that they were just finishing up. I then complained about how loud they were being at this time of night and that they woke me up out of my sleep and all the guy could say was "okay" multiple times. I didn't even get one I'm sorry. Long story short this company is very loud, inconsiderate, and rude.

From our family to all the staff at Clean Earth Restorations, thank you! After having water damage in our home from a slab leak Clean Earth Restorations staff came out to help us repair the mess. Not having a kitchen, garage flooded and other cabinet damage it was awesome to have support to guide us through the process. We were kept well informed by our project manager Dean and we never wondered where we were in the process of repairs. Dean managed all the repair work for us and kept everything on track! Jeff completed the repairs and the house is back to the way we were before the leak.

This is our home and a place we take great pride in, I am so happy that the staff at Clean Earth Restorations took that same level of pride in our home and the repairs. I would give Clean Earth Restorations 7 stars if I could. When you find yourself in the unenviable position of needing a Restoration company, I very highly recommend Clean Earth! Clean Earth has a great business model and they work it well. Dean, one of their project managers, is on it. Very intelligent, knowledgeable and great about communicating.

Their field techs, Edgar and Daniel H. are extremely conscientious and thorough. Edgar and Daniel are very sensitive to the emotional duress their clients are going through during a remediation process, and make every effort to protect your furnishings and keep the site clean. Clean Earth's repair crews are also 5 star. Jose is absolutely the man: very skilled, polite, respectful and takes great pride in his work. Jose is an expert in matching new work to existing finishes.

As a retired custom home builder, I recognize quality work and thorough consideration for the customer's home as the remediation process moves forward. I enthusiastically recommend Clean Earth Restorations.

I agree 5 star for the clean up crew, but 0 star for the reconstruction crew. They tried to over charge my insurance company, and it took over 5mos for the reconstruction They send the none skilled workers to the lower affiliate neighborhood's. And some of the work had to be redone. I would never use this company for reconstruction. But the clean up crew did an excellent job

Our refrigerator was leaking from the back and caused damage to our cabinets, and flooring. After Verona Kitchen & Bath did the demo we found a second leak with mold! This was an extremely lengthy and draining process to repair and remodel everything but with the great communication from the Project Manager, Dean I had the comfort of knowing they were doing the best they could to get everything finished.

The company they recommended for our flooring (I can't remember the name of the company - Adrian was the contractor) did an amazing job, and Verona Kitchen & Bath does beautiful work - Cesar is great!

Problem: an old dishwasher was removed, showing a significant amount of rodent feces, water damage and mold. Clean Earth cleaned and restored. The following things occurred during the "restoration": 1. Communication always had to be initiated by me 2. Project Manager didn't respond to emails multiple times. 3. Initial estimate was 6 weeks for project.

It took 6 months 4. Mold was found during project. At no time was it estimated; an invoice was submitted for $1770 3 weeks after the entire project was completed. Business owner claims that no mold estimates are ever made and that they bill after the work is completed. At no time did they ever take responsibility - the continual response: "That's the homeowner's job" 5. Continually had to ask them what the next step was. 6. Was completely un-involved with subcontractors and setting up times and dates to move the project forward. 7. Subcontractors needed to be continually brought back for touch-ups, forgotten tools, cleaning, etc.

Clean Earth stated that this was the owner's responsibility. So in short, while they did finally finish the project, it took 6 months to do a small kitchen. They continually failed to communicate throughout the entire process. What should have been done in the latest 3 months took double the time and cost us $3K in expenses. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this company to anyone.

Feel free to go with this company if you want - just be prepared to continually have to email, text, call, and be your own project manager to get this done. Business owner will try to disclaim responsibility. However, nothing takes away from the fact that when asked why it took so long, the project manager said "That's just the way it is."

Amazing company I highly recommend them! Had my bathroom flood a few weeks ago and I called them right away they were at my house within a few hrs! Very professional they explain what needs to be fixed and what they are going to do they make you feel very comfortable! I am so impressed they were able to dry things out so fast and assure you that it is fixed! Really great care thank you again!

My family has provided appliance service and sales in the Greater San Diego area for nearly 50 years. We regularly provide professional install/removal of appliances for restoration firms needing to repair a home after a flood or fire. We have completed work for Clean-Earth in years past and recently were re-introduced to their firm. This team is on top of their game.

They are responsive to their clients and mindful of the homes they enter. I recently had a job with a large, national restoration firm that left our shared client so frustrated that I had to meet at the client's home (on multiple occasions) in support of her claims against the restoration team and their damages within the home. Having Clean Earth as an alternative to other "big" restoration firms has been a true blessing.

This company has been my "clean up crew" for more than the past decade, drying out two major catastrophic water floods and several small ones. Their work has been professional, courteous, extremely fast - same day that I called - and what more can I say, I highly recommend their services. I might add that as well they have done the carpet cleaning service for me also and price was very competitive and job was great. In fact, I am going to call them now for another carpet cleaning service.
