Truly the ultimate customer experience! I filled in the Book Online Now form on their website Sunday morning. I got a call from the owner Mike a few hours later on SUNDAY! Mike and his son just left and they did an amazing job cleaning our carpets and a recliner. They even applied a protective coating to everything! The communication was quick and courteous from the first phone call, to the courtesy reminder phone call the day before, and the 5 mins out phone call.
Through every interaction with Mike he was just a wonderful caring person. I'm really glad to have given them my business. They did an excellent job, and he's a neighbor who only lives a few mins away.

A couple of unfortunate events happened in my house, Mike was there right away to take care of both. Let's just say one involved pets, the other involved a 64oz blender full of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, greens, cranberry juice, yogurt, etc. Get the picture? The carpet looks like new, I HIGHLY recommend!

I want to spread the word on the great service mike provides! His carpet cleaning service is the best. I have 3 large dogs and my carpet takes a beating. Each time mike does his magic my carpets not only look great but smell like new! He is always on time, and his prices are very fair. This time he did a carpet repair, by piecing in carpet where my its had chewed. It is almost invisible! Thanks mike, see you again in the future! Judy Raymond
