Contacted them for an estimate, very responsive & came the next day. Estimate was promptly emailed. Once we agreed to contract with them & gave deposit, job was scheduled, Miss Utility was called & job was completed within a few weeks of initial call. Very friendly crews that do good work. Met all expectations. Highly recommend.

Contacted them to put in drive way gate and small fence. They came out took a looked told me they would be in touch. Sent email with quote for small fence nothing for main part of project which was gate. Contacted them they said they would be in touch soon. Months go by, contact them again and a nice gentleman came out that does the automation for gate.
He said they told him they dropped ball could he come out right away. When he left he told me they would be in touch, months go by and just crickets. No email or calls. I call them again a very nice lady answered and apologized but that was about it. I can only imagine if it's this hard to get them to do the job and take your money how hard would it be to fix something that could break or need service on the job they done. Very sad but I guess it's the new normal. At least the people were nice.

I attempted to get an estimate on fencing for my back yard. The gentleman came out as scheduled to take measurements and I was told a quote would be emailed to me. Never received a quote. Called office several days later and was told a quote would be emailed to me that evening. Again, never heard from them after more than a week. If it takes forever to get an estimate I can imagine how long it takes to actually get the work done. They evidently don't want my money. Will use another local company that is considerably more promp and professional.

On October 5, 2010 we paid $2,642.00 to have a 173' total length 4' picket fence installed with two 8' double drive gates. Over the past few years the gates have continued to become misaligned due to ground settling and usage. I have recently requested a quote to realign the existing gates and received a quote of another $525.00 using all the existing materials.
I find this quote excessive and insulting--perhaps if the gates were being replaced it would be reasonable. Additionally, the attitude during the process "they didn't likely put in the fence since THEY couldn't find their initial invoice" really is poor. I would not recommend R R Mann for any projects you may be considering.
