Lynchburg Fence & Railing

Update: Since writing this review, the team at Lynchburg Fence and Railing addressed my issues and I am well satisfied with the repair to the one post that was too low. I have adjusted my rating accordingly. After waiting for 16 weeks due to supply chain delays, the crew came in and installed part chain and part vinyl fencing. They were very polite and cleaned up after themselves.

I have two reasons for the three-star rating. The vinyl fencing, 6 panels that were as expensive as all of the chain-link fencing, is not level. Five of the six are straight; the sixth one right in the middle dips just enough to be annoying. Secondly, the caps on the vinyl fencing kept blowing off. When I called to report that the caps were never secured, the lady who answered the phone (I assume) was distracted.

She told me she would send someone right over and hung up. She never asked for my name or contact information. I gathered up all the caps from my yard and my neighbor's and glued them myself.

Lynchburg Fence did an amazing job on our privacy fence. I would definitely recommend them.

Lynchburg Fence & Railing Company is very customer service oriented. After my side railings were installed, I encountered an issue with my property. I contacted the company to discuss my issue and Ms. Penny immediately came out to inspect the issue and offered options. Even though the issue was with my home, Ms. Penny was more concerned about addressing my issue and making sure I was satisfied. Ms. Penny was very patient with me until I had found the appropriate solution.

What surprised me was that Ms. Penny offered to come back out to assist me with my side railings if I encountered an issue with the solution. Exemplary customer service! Thank you Lynchburg Fence & Railing for putting customers first!

The custom chain link gate they made for me exceeded my expectations. My Labrador retriever continued to break out of the previous gate I bought from the "big box store", and Lynchburg Fence was able to make a sturdy gate with custom dimensions that better fit the gate opening. The gate was also made from steel instead of aluminum and I am 100% satisfied with the value for the price.

I called about getting an estimate for resetting the railings on our front steps, which had come loose. Lynchburg fence was happy to come out and give me a free estimate, but said it would be a few weeks before he'd be able to do the job. I told him that wouldn't work because we're closing on our home in just a few weeks and so he told me how I could do it myself. Nice fellow. Real nice.

Penny, the owner is wonderful to work with. Corey came and gave us an estimate to fix a fence that was put up wrong. The price was very reasonable and affordable. Mike came and did the work. He is an incredible worker. He worked in the heat of August in the sun. Mike went above and beyond our expectations. Lynchburg Fence is locally owned and operated and I cannot tell you how happy we are with the work they have done. Our dogs cannot escape anymore.

These guys are reliable and do great work at a reasonable price. Put in a chain link fence for the dogs, they recommended something different than what I started out looking for and they were right, glad I trusted their experience.
