Professional Carpet Cleaning Inc, opened for business in 1992. Since then, we have also been known as the Dirt Destroyers and most recently as PCC. What hasn't changed is our commitment to providing excellent cleaning services at affordable prices. Larry L. Dauscher founded PCC. Later, his brother Jim came onboard and brought with him his two sons, Matt and Jeff.
Over the years we've added more family; and as a team we have been growing our service area and adding to our list of happy customers. We understand that 2 decades and 2 generations of family commitment only matter if the customer is satisfied.

PCC uses a Hydramaster truck-mounted tile and grout cleaning equipment. Grout is a very porous compound that attracts and absorbs dirt. So we use specific grout cleaning products and high-pressure steam to clean the grout. We use a number of detailing tools to clean the ceramic tile and grout in kitchens and bathrooms.

We have used this company for over 20 years. I was highly disappointed that basic stains were not given the attention they needed and the carpet doesn't even look much cleaner. It was only 2 small areas that are not high traffic. There are only 2 of us living here. The service man had to be provided a mask by us when he reported he was unvaccinated.
Not making this a political thing about vaccines but be courteous to your clients who have aging loved ones. The exposure is high as a service person. The worst part was when I called to express my concern there was no response to either issue or offer to come back and clean spots. They lost a loyal customer and I will not be recommending them to anyone. Worst part is they probably won't even care.

We had two men come in today to clean our carpets. It was a perk we got for renewing our lease at our apartment complex. They told me what they would be doing, told me to lock up my pets in the bathroom (they use pet safe products, but they didn't want them running out the front door. I thought this was very courteous), and then they went out and got their stuff.
We have a lot of pet stains from non-housebroken dogs (they're housebroke now). They lightened them a LOT! They also told me that it will be tough to get them all the way out, but they gave me some tips and told us that if I shampoo the carpets once a month and have them come back in a few months, there is a good chance that the stains will come out.
I am really impressed by these guys. Friendly, courteous, they were only here for maybe 30 minutes, and they gave us some tips to get the stains out. I highly recommend them and I'll definitely use them again.
