Absolutely had a great experience with economy when they installed my new hvac unit a few years ago. Have had a few issues with getting service scheduled recently. But the owner has become aware and is getting our issues handled as quickly as possible Services: HVAC system repair, Install AC

We have contracted with Economy Heating and Air to maintenance our business air condition/heat unit. We have been 100% pleased with their service. They are always prompt and ready to assist when called for. Nick was very easy to understand when he was describing what was going on with our unit, and he provided a quick and reasonably priced repair option for our need. We have recently renewed our contract with them and will continue to do so!

Chris (out of the Pensacola Office) and Randall (out of the FWB office) were BEYOND professional and courteous to us when installing a new air conditioning unit. They ran into a wiring issue that was totally not their fault and Chris took the time to make sure that someone would be at our house first thing in the morning to figure out what's going on. They stayed out till 8:45pm in Crestview to use all their knowledge to figure out what was going on! Will use them again if needed and will suggest them to others!

Called Economy heat and air, because A/C was coming on then shutting off. They had a technician come out same day. Name of technician was Will, he did and excellent job on repairing my AC fast, friendly and very professional, thank you Economy Air for great service at a reasonable price. L. D.

Brandon was an excellent, thorough tech that came out and got my a/c back to working in no time. Very professional, called and let me know as well of his status with coming to my house so therefore I was able to get other things done before heading to the house. He definitely gets 100%

Just had this company replace my ac through a home warranty. The guys were quick, professional, tidy and did a fantastic job. The company was very responsive and answered all my questions. A+ company.

Economy Appliance Heat and Air went over and above on all aspects of my HVAC install. Had a Rheem 16 SEER outside unit and a RHEEM 2 speed gas furnace on the inside. Dustin answered EVERY email and every question I had. The workers showed up within 4 min. of when they said they would and the two workers sent were TOP notch. They took a break for lunch and were gone (no joke) exactly one hour.

Sorry to say most companies in this business do not have such workers. They were both friendly and courteous and CLEANED UP after themselves. Needless to say I am over the top happy with the whole experience. Thanks Economy!

I first used Economy to put an AC/Heating unit in my rental property. The owners son came out and gave me a quote. He came by installation day and made sure everything was working great. Then at my home I needed some warranty work done on my dishwasher. Good news Economy was on the list for repairs. So i chose them and the guy that came out for that was amazing!

Next mother in las needed AC, got Economy to install that unit. I am contacting Economy right now for replacement AC for my home. I haven't had a bad experience with them yet! :

Great experience all around! The technician was very professional and was able to come out sooner than they originally estimated, which was terrific right off the bat. He was able to quickly determine the issue and get the part ordered. Fortunately, the part came in sooner than expected, and he came right on out and replaced it as soon as he could. I honestly couldn't ask for better service.

I would say this company is TOP NOTCH above the rest! The customer service is a ten. I have had a good relationship with them since 2017 and evertime I needed something they were there. This past month my old POS air conditioner finally died. The blower motor went out again and was not covered under warranty and would have costed over a $1000.00 to replace.

After talking to the life SAVIOUR Dustin, he gave me options to either replace the motor or go with a new system. Dustin came to my home and talked to me and my wife for a few hours. He sized up what we needed and added a few extras due to being a past customers. We decided on a new system inside and out and added new ceiling vents and added a new air intake to draw in more air.

Two weeks later, the install team showed up. The team of Brett, Sam and Thomas were great and informative of the new system. My hat is off to these guys and I thank you. To Dustin Siefert, you are the BEST at what you do! I thank you for being who you are and being there for my family when it was needed for service. Your crew and company are the best and look forward in using your service in the future. Our energy bill has lowered and the inside a lot cooler!
