Our garage door opener stopped working on a Sunday morning. Sam's Garage Door & Gate Repair answered our call, had a repairman here within an hour and, even though a trip to their nearby 'shop' was needed for parts, had all four broken springs replaced in another hour. The repairman was very professional and polite and explained what was needed and why. Excellent service!

Mike did a great job fixing a complicated problem involving the circuit board for our electric gate opener. I called Sam's Garage Door on a Saturday morning. Someone called me back at 10 a.m. and talked to me about my issue. He said a technician would be there between noon and 2 and would call me 30 minutes before arrival. All of that happened. Cameron efficiently fixed one of my doors and make a security fix on the other. He explained everything. My garage spring door broke Saturday afternoon and Cameron was on site shortly after I called. It was communicated effectively what would be done and how much it would cost. The job was done quickly and followed up with suggestions and advice on maintenance. I will rely on Sam's Garage Door Repair for future work if/when I need it.

I came home to a broken garage door spring on a Friday afternoon. I called them hoping to set something up for Monday morning, and instead Cameron was able to come out that evening to fit it. Not only did he do a fantastic job on the repair, but he also took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and honestly. I was ready to purchase a new garage door, but he assured me I didn't need one just yet and got my old one working like new. This kind of work ethic deserves attention. I will most certainly use them in the future.

Call before 8 AM left a message, I got a call back before 8 AM which was their opening business hours. They were concerned with what my problem was and told them that I broke a spring on my garage door and I need it repaired ASAP. He told me that it would be around 12 noon I got a call from the technician Cameron said he would be there in a half an hour he was there waiting for me.
He conducted the spring change minimal amount of time very reasonable price was able to take care of it. very satisfied with the work. I will call them again if I need repairs thanks again.
