Precision Garage Door

I purchased a new garage door from Precision Garage Door 6 years ago and am still very happy with the door and Precision. It was definitely an upgrade from my original 25 yr old door, adding value to our home as well as improving the insulation value of the garage. The door is holdng up well and Precision provides excellent customer service regarding any questions and requests for maintenance or repair. I highly recommend them.

Precision Garage Door is such a highly competent and efficient company. Technician Jeffrey arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and was prepared to install a new garage door opener immediately. He had all of the parts and assembly ready to go. We love the new opener and features. We have used Precision 4 times now and each service call has been 5 stars. Highly recommended.

This weekend my torsion spring broke and i called on Monday (Memorial Day) to see when Precision had some availability and surprisingly first thing Tuesday morning was open and that was perfect. My Technician Jeff Peres was great, kept me informed all the way and explained everything to me. Door is working perfectly now and i know i will return to Precision again.

We new when we bought our house a few months ago that we eventually would need a new garage door. We called Precision garage door to get replacement openers and a quote for a new door and we were pleased with the service, quote and friendly service staff. A few months later and we just got our new garage door today! We are extremely pleased with the quality, service, price and overall experience.

Precision dispatched a technician the same day, Saturday, to repair a broken spring. Rudy Vallejos was very personable and professional. He inspected the door (which had never been serviced except for 1 previous spring repair) and noted that the old spring was too large for the door and had been stressing both the door itself and the opener. He provided 3 estimates for necessary and recommended repairs. Rudy essentially replaced all the mechanical parts of the door resulting in the quietest and smoothest operation of this particular door that I have ever experienced.

He accomplished the task in slightly over 1 hour and for the exact amount of the estimate. Precision is definitely on my list of go-to vendors and will have my recommendation to friends and neighbors.

I had a garage door emergency and called Precision. I had an appointment 3 hours later and Rudy came out and assessed the situation and gave me three possible options for repair. He had new equipment installed and working perfectly within 1.5 hours! I recommend them highly! Rudy is a smart, friendly and highly skilled technician, 5 stars for Rudy!

Jeff Peres is a Superb Ambassador for Precision Garage Doors. I knew once he arrived at our house that he was a true professional; he was following Covid Protocol, he listened patiently as I explained what our garage door was doing and then he logically followed troubleshooting techniques that corrected our problem with the door. The door is operating better now than when it was first installed. Thank you Precision Doors for sending over Jeff, he is the most professional and knowledgeable technician we have ever had.

I have requested service from "Precision Garage Door of Albuquerque & Santa Fe" twice in the last year or so. On both occasions I received extremely fast, courteous, and highly efficient service from this company. I consider myself fortunate to have located them! Today service technician "Joe" responded to my call for service, only made yesterday afternoon by the way, at around 8 am.

Within a short period of time his "safety check" confirmed that my 22 year old garage door was defective. He offered "options" and I chose to get a new opener from the two or three he offered. In shortly over an hour he had removed the old opener, installed the new one, and even solved a few other problems that showed up during installation! The repair price was MOST fair and reasonable, and I was happy to pay it for the high quality of the work and the opener installed!

I have noticed that "Precision Garage Door" technicians always come with both parts, high expertise, and are most courteous and friendly. They seem to come with everything they might need to complete the repairs RIGHT IN THEIR TRUCKS! So there is no inconvenient delays ordering parts, or equipment needed to complete the job in the fastest and most convenient (to the customer) way possible.
