Matthew at R&R Electric is a true professional. He came to my house immediately addressed my issues and had everything done in record time. He even informed me why my electrical outlets quit working. Very disappointed. Had emergency on Saturday. Recommended by a neighbor. Employee came right out but couldn't do the work without a permit. My husband is on oxygen. No power at all. Employee tried to reach owner and his sons to get permit. No return call. Could have had it done sunday. When monday came around I was told I would have to schedule the service for the following week. Really? Wont recommend them to any one

A very good electrical contractor. They treat their employees well. I highly recommend them and I worked for them in the past so I can honestly say they do things right. I have not been coerced or enticed into writing this review. They genuinely care about their workers and they have very qualified electricians.

Lost heat in my older model mobile home. Scheduled an appointment with R&R Electric for November 20, 2019 with a 12 to 4 window. The team of Mark and Shane showed up shortly after 3:00. Upon checking the problem, discovered they did not have what was needed to do the job, but said they could do a temporary fix. Told them I wanted it fixed permanently.

After talking with their boss, advised me the work could be done but they would have to pick up what was needed to do it. I was fine with that and happy it was going to be taken care of that day. Upon returning, they changed out the old burnt panel and installed new breakers and a new sub panel. Mark and Shane were very courteous and professional during this entire process. Answered all my questions, never complained about how late it was, or the drive they would have to return home (I live in St. Augustine).

I was quite pleased with the results, and the price was very reasonable. So happy with the excellent work done by R&R Electric that I'm happy to say I will be calling them for all future electrical work, and will specifically request Mark an Shane be scheduled for the job. I highly recommend this company for any and all electrical needs.

I hired R&R to change out the electric service at my home and install a new panel. Robbie the owner came out to my home and was very knowledgable and knew exactly what needed to be done to update my electrical. I received a quote from him the following day. Once I hired R&R they were prompt about getting electricians out to my home. The professionals they sent out did an excellent job.

It was clear to me that the crew was experienced and talented. The front office was a pleasure to deal with and they were friendly, organized, and helpful. I will be using R&R for any future electrical work that I require.

Hired R&R based on recommendation of someone I know. They came out within a couple of days (wasn't an emergency). They were fast and efficient and knew what they were doing. I'd recommend them to a friend.

Needed some electrical work done to support placement of new TVs. Did not want wires hanging out and R & R did the job. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. They were very helpful in explaining how best to set up the new TVs and even swept up after themselves. Will use them again!

I had a service window of 9-12 this morning. It is now after 2 and no one has arrived or called. I called at 12 and was told someone would be here by 1:30. I just called again and was told that someone should be here by 2:45. I had things to do today so I really don't appreciate the delay and lack of communication.

They were very prompt and efficient. I thought it was going to be a lot more expensive but they were very honest w what was really wrong and didn't over charge me. I will definitely use them again.
