Ben is a Master Electrician and qualifying agent for Marco Electrical Contractors. He is proud to have been appointed to the "State of Florida Electrical Licensing Board" by Governor Charlie Crist in 2010, and recently reappointed by Governor Rick Scott in 2011. Barry began his career in 1993, and has worked his way up to Vice President.

Marco had installed the HVAC in our brand new home. One week after move-in it appeared that the AC was not working properly. There was a significant temperature difference between the set temperature and what we were experiencing. The first Tech that came did not fix the problem. Later in the evening, the temperature was unbearable, we called again. Johnny came at 8:00 in the evening.
He did not leave until 10:00 PM and fixed the problem. The AC compressor contacts were "fried". Johnny showed it to me and explained that he installed new contacts. problem solved. One week later all is well. We felt bad that he had to work late and away from his family. We are grateful for his professionalism. He has a great attitude. Thank you so much!

Mikey was really great! We turned our Lanai into a Sunroom, and needed to have Air conditioning in this new room. He created a designated Trunk Line in the current AC unit and two lines placed into the sunroom. Mikey did a perfect job cutting our the space for the ducts. He worked in very hot tempertures in the attic, and did an amazing job. We are thrilled with his attitude, his expertise, and knowledge. Thank You MARCO Air!

Outstanding service is what you get when you call these guys! My wife and I just moved into our new (5year old) condo and had Marco out to inspect our HVAC system. The technician identified an issue and recommended that we get a replacement part on order immediately because he worried that it would fail. Sure enough, one week later the part failed and our AC went down 3 days before the Memorial Day weekend. Marco was there for us.
The back office staff worked through a supply chain challenge (the part was back ordered with the manufacturer) and sourced the new part in Orlando and arranged for the technician to install it the next morning. This Marco Heating and Air team gets it right! Special thanks to Mike, Misty, Ashely and John for all you did to get us fixed! Jim Watson, Amelia Island, FL.

My experience with Marco was fantastic. I was provided with all options regarding replace or repair and it was explained in terms I could understand (Layman's terms). I decided to replace and the technician who installed the unit kept me updated on what was happening and why. Every aspect of the work was professional, clean, respectful and insightful. Marco Air installed our A/C and heating system. We were concerned about air flow in the master bedroom but the technician arrived and assured us that proper airflow was being delivered to that room as well as other areas of our home. He was very professional and explained what we can expect while the system is in operation.

Marcos is used by our builder to install the units in the homes and who also comes out for the warranty calls. Our a/c is around 10 months old, they told us our TXV valve is bad and they have to order it but the part is on back order and they can't give us a time frame of when they may be able to get the part. Well once we've done their job of calling around to other suppliers who have all told us 5-7 business days to get the part shipped and there is also the option to pay for expedited shipping, we relay the info to Marcos, currently waiting to see what the result of the relay of information is because we're going on over a week now without a/c but I'm sure if it was them or their families without a/c they'd be working a little bit harder to make sure they were taken care of. A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO ASHLEY FOR BEING SO SWEET AND HELPFUL THOUGH SHE GETS FIVE STARS!
