Trim Electric

Avoid these clowns. You don't want to see these blue vans in your driveway. I had a very bad experience with these guys. Too many of these types of folks out there. Bad guys! This is not the kind of company that anyone wants to encounter. If you want the-run-around and a very bad experience call Trim Electric. The representative was clearly aware and familiar with what must just be another day at Trim electric and a bad day for anyone that has the bad luck as to call them.

Give Trim Electric a pass for sure. You do not want them sending one of their clowns to your house. Call a different company that cares about who they are sending out to your home.

Critical: Quality Had company come install a charger for a Tesla. Guy was in a hurry and knocked a hole in the wall before confirming there was nothing in the way from him using that area. Ended up costing me 425$ for someone to come out after and repair the damage to the sheetrock. Service: Install electric car charger

Ruben and Angel came to our house to install Chandeliers. They were experienced and careful with the house when bringing in the ladder and installing two chandeliers. I would use Trim Electric again because of reasonable pricing, quality of work, and experience.

The electricians that showed up installed the wall charger in less than half an hour. They worked great as a team to get it done efficiently. Install was clean and reasonably priced. Appointment was 0800-1000. Install actually happened from 1300-1330, which is the only thing that kept them from 5 stars since the install was 3 hours late. I understand sometimes the unexpected can happen so I would use them again if needed because the quality of the work but wouldn't count on the scheduled time frame.

Trim did a great job installing a Tesla wall charger. They provided an accuracte and reasonable quote via email. The electricians arrived at the scheduled time, worked efficiently, and were friendly and knowledgeable.

We called Trim Electric to hang several ceiling fans and chandeliers. The crew was on time, worked efficiently, and did a great job. We also had a few changes and add-ons during the process and they were very accommodating and got it all done. Highly recommended. Our HOA contracted Trim Electric to install new service, outlets and sign lighting for the entrance to our neighborhood. These guys finished in one day and worked really hard to get the project completed. Communication was excellent and they performed all the tasks outlined in our contract. We'll be using them again. These guys are really good. They installed my Tesla wall charger and made it look good. There was an issue with my main breaker and Marco went above and beyond to troubleshoot the issue and resolve. Great company and I will call them for all my electrical needs.

I recently had a major job due to a tree falling on my electrical line. I had to replace my electrical service and it was expensive. When I asked for assistance in understanding the cost and the responsibility of Centerpoint, the owner came to my house to help determine the best approach to the repair. So as a result, I was able to lower my cost because with his help and expertise, we were able to push Centerpoint to repair the part of the line that was Centerpoint's responsibility. Overall, I highly recommend Trim Electric. Thank you all for your great service.

Absolutely fabulous job. Recently loss electrical service between home and Center Point service. Upshot, a very expensive unplanned expense. Got several bids, Trim Electric was lowest and were fantastic. Hand dug through pool pipes, sprinklers, French drains and bushes. Ever smiling and caring. If I were still in the work place I would hire their Two lead guys. I would recommend this group as often as I can. If you need an electrician. they're the real deal.

Took a day off to have someone from Trim Electric come to my house to quote an installation and was given a 2-3 hour time frame. Technician never showed up and Trim Electric never called me either to let me know.

Trim Electric became our electrician in 1986. They performed the wiring in a large addition to our home. Also at that time, Trim performed remediation of our aluminum wiring in the main house. They did a first class job. We have been through various modifications of our house, additional lighting, replacement of breaker boxes, etc. Trim has consistently done excellent work at a fair price. We are most satisfied.

TRIM was right on time, and did a perfect job installing a ceiling light fixture and switch. The price was very reasonable and they got the job done quickly! I will use TRIM for all my electrical needs from now on! Great work guys!

I called Trim Electric to have an electrical reroute done in our backyard. Carlos and Marco arrived on time and immediately went to work. We debated back and forth about writing this review, but ultimately felt that we should so that others would not make the same mistake that we made. We noticed that Gina C's review mentioned the same problem we experienced: Trim Electric does not stand by their work. Do yourself a favor and find an electrician who will do the job they're they've been hired to do (diagnose & fix the problem). We will not be hiring this company again.

Carlos from Trim Electric just left my house. He came on time, he was efficient and competent and diagnosed and repaired my problem in short order. He took the time to check the entire problematic circuit and repaired several other issues with it--deterioration, etc. All for a reasonable price. Trim folks are my new electricians.
