Morton Roofing was started in 1952 by John Morton Jr., a plasterer and roofer, who quickly enlisted the help of his six sons. At age 14 John Morton III began to work full time and in 1974 he became a state certified roofer. His father handed him the reins of the company 2 years later, in 1976, when he then incorporated Morton Roofing, Inc.

Over the next 35 years the company has installed tens of thousands of roofs on as many satisfied customers. Having installed almost a billion square feet of roofing without ever a manufacturer having to pay a cent for repairs, it is no wonder that Morton Roofing, Inc. is a well trusted and respected name in the roofing community.
