A specific warranty which protects the client from material or workmanship deficiency will be specified.
Payment terms will be specified. NEVER will a deposit be required.
Work will be scheduled in a timely manner that is convenient to the client.
All work will be performed by experienced trained technicians using the latest and highest quality materials available.
All work inspected by experienced supervisor.
Payments will only be accepted once the client is completely satisfied. If you are not happy, you don’t pay.

Never replaced our roof until the hurricane came. Eber and his team showed us the amount of damage, and recommended I call my insurance company. I ended up filing a claim, and Eber & Felix were there as professional roofers helping with this process. I ended up hiring them for helping me so much and how thorough they were at explaining everything. Very happy!

Problems and more problems! Our flashing was exposed and everytime it rained it leaked into my home office. The leak caused a ton of problems in the drywall and insulation, but Eber from New Era Roofing also is a General Contractor and Roofer, and he took care of the whole problem! We really appreciate working with Eber!

Shingles were completely damaged after the hurricane hit us, this is an investment so I never realized until I came back. Eber and his crew tried contacting me multiple times and I eventually ended up calling him. I filed a claim, Eber took pictures and provided me with a roof report to send to insurance about the health of the roof, extremely helpful and awesome!

New Era Roofing did a really good job. They are very thorough from start to finish. I have heard a lot of bad stories about roofers in general, but these guys did an excellent job. They came out several times to make sure every step of the process was done correctly. After the roof was installed they came out again to inspect and caught just a few minor things that the roofer came back out to fix. Very pleased and will recommend to others.

This is my second time using New Era Roofing. They will continue to be my go to roofing company. They replaced the roof on my previous home before we sold it and did an excellent job. So when we bought a house that needed a new roof we knew exactly who to call. Their team did an excellent job on the installation which took just over 2 days. Their team was professional and respectful of my home and needs throughout the process.
What I appreciate most is that they own their mistakes. Their office got a little behind on closing out the permit on the second job. They responded promptly to my questions about it and rectified the situation quickly. Things happen on a project. What I care about is how they are handled. New Era Handled them with grace and professionalism. I will continue to hire them for my roofing needs and will refer them to anyone who asks.

I was in need of a roof replacement and I was referred to New Era Roofing by my home closing attorney. I am so glad I listened to him! The team showed up at 7am and was completely finished with the project by 4pm the same day. When they left, there was no trace of any debris which was awesome. I asked New Era roofing and remodeling for a bid - they were very polite, professional with modern techniques. The rep used an ipad to immediately show me pictures and give me a bid. their follow up was excellent. I went with a different company only because they did my neighbors and I didn't have the best experience but new era roofing should be give good consideration - i was very pleased with my interactions

New Era Roofing came recommended and did not disappoint. We were able to see work done on other homes and felt they were the right choice. We stand by our decision to work with New Era Roofing. They provided great communication and made the whole process very easy. They were also very very fast when it came down to getting the old roof off and the new one installed.
The crew cleaned up after everyday and did all within their power to respect the area in which they were working. They do not use subcontractors and they are insured - which I really liked!

I've heard most people get 3 quotes when choosing a company to replace their roof. Im a little picky/meticulous/ detail oriented so I got 10 quotes to be on the safe side. Magic Improvement stood out from the rest by far. I've dealt with sales person after sales person but it was refreshing to deal with the owner himself and that made a world of difference.
I didn't feel like just another sale. Ray did a great job explaining the whole process and setting expectations. He took time in tailoring a package based on my wants/needs and had the best pricing with quality work to boot. Everyone I've encountered during the process have been extremely professional and provided quality work. Roofers, administration, owner all get 10/10!

My quote from Eber was right in line with the other bids and easy to work with. I decided to give Eber the roof job since his bid outlined the services he would be providing. I was concerned about my Koi Pond that is next to the house and they made a cloth cover attached to the roof edges to catch any falling debris. He was very considerate of any request you made and was able to communicate to his workers. The roof looks great and the area was cleared and clean. I definitely would recommend him. The best in Fort Lauderdale.

Excellent work by Eber! Very responsive to requests for roof inspections. Arrives at your home quickly after you request service, shows up on time as promised! He writes an informative detailed roof inspection report explaining current roof type, age, status and estimates any current necessary and/or future repair costs and timing. He frequently has roofing materials that are no longer available on his truck and can do small repairs during his inspection visit. Over and beyond my high expectations and standards!
