I couldn't have been happier with the word done by ABC. From the moment I sent my first email inquiring about their services to my last email with them when they were double checking on the service and my satisfaction. just chef's kiss perfect. The work crew was 100-percent professional and kind (my 7-year old twins were playing the in the front yard while they worked). There's no need to call anyone else. trust me. I know first-hand.

My experience with you and ABC Doors was great. From the outset, Hershel explained the options in layman's terms that was easily understandable, your quote was very good, the time Larry and I made for the installation was adhered to, your company called the day prior to confirm, your installer (James) showed up on time and he did a great job. James did the work quickly, explained how to use the opener, cleaned up the work area. In summary, it was a great experience without any problems or aggravation.

Called a few companies after the ice storm in Houston. Spoke to Hersh first and then worked with Larry for scheduling and James for installation. Fast, prompt, and did a great job of communicating. Thank you Nelson for making my garage door repair so awesome! When I called I was so anxious about what company to choose. However I was impressed by the owner's expertise. He correctly diagnosed my problem over the phone. And then the technician, Nelson, was so knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. I was immediately put at ease. My garage door is rolling better now than when I brought the house decades ago. Thanks. I would have given it a five star rating except for the warranties. Just 90 days on parts and 30 days on labor. What's up with that? Not very reassuring!

I called ABC doors after several technicians wanted to replace both garage doors. Nelson was the technician that arrived. This technician is very knowledgeable about garage doors. He fixed several issues at a Very reasonable price. Overheard door on Main Street wanted 2,000 dollars to replace the doors. I need to stop listening to that talk radio show with Tom T. He will help empty your bank account.

Had used ABC Doors for a number of repairs over the years, but now can't even get them to return a phone call. After calling twice over the past two weeks to get a quote on a new garage door opener and some needed repairs on an iron gate and never even getting a return phone call I went with another company. Both items taken care of! Don't know what is happening with this company? It's a shame since its a neighborhood business.

We had our initial work done by ABC doors over a year ago. Rick came out and replaced our gate opener with a new arm and replaced the circuit board. Initially I was delighted with the work as the gate had never worked better. About 6 months later, the gate suddenly stopped working again. It took several days to get Rick out to the house and he kept having to come back.

Each time he left, the gate was still inoperable. Finally, one day Rick was unavailable so Nelson came to take a look. Come to find out, we had the wrong circuit board installed which was burning the system out. The circuit board was replaced (or so we were told) and the battery. Nelson had to return the next day because a vital component of the circuit board was completely missing. 20 days later, the gate is not working again.

I have done some of my own research and have figured out that they only installed one of the two required batteries. We called them and they are in no rush to fix their mistake, yet again! Needless to say, after 10 plus visits from ABC Doors, I will not be returning to them for our next repairs. Their customer service is horrid and the work they perform is substandard.

I just got off the phone with Larry at ABC Doors. I could not figure out how to re-engage my garage door emergency pull handle. After talking with me, he asked that I send him some pictures. He quickly called me back and told me exactly what needed to be done. It save me an expensive trip charge and my garage door now works perfectly. I have used ABC Doors in the past and will continue to do so. ABC Doors is a professional and reliable company. Thanks again Larry!

ABC doors installed a Lift Master Garage door opener in my garage. The process was great from the start. I got a firm quote and a convenient appointment time. The technician arrived on time and completed the work quickly. He even set up my car remote garage opener. I will definitely use them again.

I would give ten stars if that were an option! Nelson, our service person from ABC Doors, was so impressive that my husband and I both commented we'd highly value and cherish him as an employee if this were our own company. Not only was he punctual and polite, he was very knowledgable and efficient and seemed to effortlessly fix our broken garage door, and with such a pleasant, engaging attitude.

He was very patient and took time to properly link both my husband's and my cars to the new controls (since I had forgotten how). He stayed until we had everything working as we wanted. He truly made us feel valued as customers, not just work orders to check off his list in his day. I can't remember the last time we were this impressed. His professionalism, knowledge, patience, affability, and kindness were exemplary. He certainly rates 10 stars in the world of customer service.

I called for an install, and got an appointment scheduled quickly. The installation was done quickly. There was a malfunction with my door opener. It happened on the weekend, so I left a message. Early on Monday morning I received a call, and within fifteen minutes, someone was there to fix the problem. With this company, you're going to get prompt and courteous service when you need it.

I called regarding a door and the guy was really rude because I did not understand the door terminology or whatever, then he proceeded to get frustrated because I did not understand his lingo, and said, "that's much better" when I replied "thanks for your time" this just shows how much time he will actually put into a customer.
