I am not sure they are even sill in business I have been trying to contact them for over a week regarding the warranty on our roof. The phone goes straight to voicemail, but there is no voicemail set up, and my emails get nothing more than an automated reply which reads. "Dear ******, Thank you for taking the time to fill our form. We'll contact you shortly.
If you 'll like to speak to one of our representatives, you can call us at (210) 494-2474 Thank you The SAT Restoration Team" the only reason I am rating at all is so that they might possibly respond. I should mention, the repairs were great, and up till now the service was good, but I am severely worried that the company is no longer in business

We recently contracted with SAT Restoration (thru our insurance Company) to make repairs following a plumbing leak in our bathroom. The restoration involved drywall repair to the wall damaged by the leak in the shower, to include new wallpaper in the bathroom, removal and reinstallation of the bathroom vanity, new wallpaper, and new carpeting in the adjacent bedroom (where the water had leaked underneath the bathtub and thru the baseboards.) SAT Restoration was very professional in their handling of my claim.
They worked with me to schedule the repairs to be done promptly and efficiently. I want to compliment two employees in particular. Pablo Rosales, Operations Manager, came out in the beginning to assess the damage, take measurements of the affected areas and write up the estimate of repairs to be submitted to the insurance company for review/approval.
Once approved, my point of contact during the repair process was Adam Richards. Adam worked with me to have his crews to my house in a timely manner, and he stopped by periodically during the repair process to make sure the work was being done correctly. Both Pablo and Adam were very knowledgeable and professional, and made the process quite painless for me as a homeowner.
