Napa Electric

Napa Electric has done amazing work for me! They are super responsive and one of the best electricians in the area! They are pricey but to me, so worth it! I know when they are working on my home they will make sure to install everything correctly and work clean and safe. I could go with a smaller electricican but I'm not always sure my work will be 100% done the right way. I do have that peace of mind with Napa Electric!

They are there when they say they will be, no hidden fees, everyone we've dealt with has been very respectful, clean and cleaned up after themselves. I have hardwood floors and they were very careful when they came in so I really appreciated that!

These guys are the best in town! We've worked with a few different companies before but now we'll only stick with Napa Electric. Great customer service, the electricians are on time, friendly and very professional. I only wish they invoiced faster because it can take weeks.

First time calling Napa Electric was very pleased with the whole process. I called left a message and they returned my call and set up a time for free estimate of what I needed. They charged me 145 for first hour and 120 the rest of hours. The electrician mike was excellent and answered all our questions and concerns and worked very efficiently and he was friendly. I was always scared to call as I thought I wasn't going to be able to afford them but their worth it as they are very knowledgeable and will guarantee their work.

Mike from Napa electric came out and replaced my circuit panel, he was very good "awesome" had my panel in and my electricity back on line in just a few hours. I recommend Napa Electric.get it done right!

After several disastrous attempts with other electricians, we thank you Yelpers for leading us to Napa Electric! It took several weeks to get on the schedule, which admittedly could be a problem if you're in a hurry. But we were willing to wait and very happy we did. Mike was our electrician and he was great! He was on time, professional and really nice.

We had one light fixture moved, another installed and a chandelier replaced. He did it all quickly and efficiently. We definitely will be calling Napa Electric for our future projects.

I'm so happy with Napa Electric. Their designer, Zaine, helped me so much with my complete remodel. She helped me pick out all lighting for both the interior and exterior of the house, and it's absolutely perfect. She is totally in touch with what you need, and eager to find you the perfect solution. The lighting in my house is definitely one of my favorite aspects, thanks to her. Napa Electric's prices are not the cheapest, but your designer's hard work makes it actually a huge bargain.

Napa Electric has exceeded our expectations, once again, during our kitchen remodel this year. In particular Mike, their electrician, has proven to be very personable, efficient and has accomplished the needed tasks in the allotted timeframe. I would recommend NE for any electrical project that you may have.

Called them after having two no show no calls from "Top Notch Electric" and they were able to come out the same day! Fixed the problem super fast, amazing customer service! These people actually understand that needing an electrician is usually a huge deal for people, and they make you their priority. The only mistake I made was not calling them first! Highly recommend this business. It was a pleasure dealing with them all around.

Excellent company. Excellent follow through. Excellent service. Excellent on all aspects. Please be carful when working with a garage operated electrician. You will literally be given a run for your money. Napa Valley Electric is very professional, honest, and completed the job in a timely manner. I would give zero stars at this point. My sister took a lamp that was damaged in the earthquake to Napa Electric and told me NE fixed it for a modest price in short order, so I brought them my Tiffany base to replace a broken part. Zane wrote a ticket & said it would be about 10 days. She only took my name & number. It's been more than two months & there's been no call back. So, I called them back over 3 weeks ago, spoke to Zane again, & she said they were back logged & hiring & would be in touch. No call back, no update. This is unacceptable lack of regard for the customer, poor service, and beyond unprofessional.

While I am not disappointed in the quality of the electrical work - I was shocked to have received a bill for almost $500 more than the estimate given over the phone. I called to discuss this and was told that no one could have predicted the cost of the electrical component needed and that it was my fault for not having a formal estimate done. I have lived and learned to make certain to do this - however - I suggested that folks who give estimates over the phone might want to inform the home owner that the estimate they are giving are only for labor and that parts might cost well over double the labor amount.

I asked the electrician how much the work would cost - he had no idea and told me I would get a bill. I am now stuck paying a bill for almost $1,000 when I expected $350 - $500. The company tells me that their neither their electricians or the folks that answer the phone have any idea how much parts cost. Napa Electric would not work with me and made it clear that they did nothing wrong - and it was clearly my problem. (A $1,000 problem.)

Patrick was thorough and professional. Diagnosed a tricky breaker problem and recommended a solution. I called at 8:00 and he arrived by noon.

I needed a service upgrade at my grandmother's property. Napa Electric came in at least $500.00 lower than the 3 bids I received and they got it done in the time frame stated. Everything was professionally completed and smooth as can possibly be. It's a long standing, local company that I'm happy to give my business to. They are fantastic!

I am an electrician that lives south of SF and didn't have the time to drive up to St. Helena area to bail out my DIY challenged friend when he bit off more than he could chew in his home remodel project. I recommended he call Napa Electric but I assumed he wouldn't because he is notoriously cheap. I thought for sure he would use some half-trained-half-wit and then complain to me how expensive it was.

I was surprised when he told me that he listened to me and did hire Napa Electric to do the work. He went on and on about how professional and efficient the electrician was. My friend still hadn't put his drywall up when I visited next so I was able to "inspect" the work, everything looked perfect. I have to say I was pleased that my recommendation went so well.

Hello, I am a new small business owner in Napa. I had the pleasure of having Napa Electric here because the PG and E bills were extremely high and my family knew something was wrong After PG and E confirmed the bill was accurate and we were responsible Napa Electric came out and did a thorough investigation. After determining our electrical was fine and nothing was wrong I showed the tech our bill and he noticed that the meter number was not the correct one.

He confirmed that the meter number was incorrect and needed to be changed. This was so simple and no one even me would have noticed or thought to check. This tech was a genius and he literally saved us thousands of dollars. Thank you Napa Electric. We are so grateful and relieved! This was our first experience with Napa Electric and I will always recommend them. The tech was extremely polite, professional and thorough. Thanks again!

I've used Napa Electric on several occasions, very pleased, very efficient and most of all great work & great people!

I would give this place negative a thousands stars if it would let me. The people who work here are crooks and theives. We hired them to do some electric work on a house that we were renting from my boyfriends parents. We met the electrician at the house and showed him how to let himself out when he was done because we were not able to stay the whole time he was there.

Since we were moving out the house was pretty much empty except for a few large items. So we werent concerned about the electrician stealing anything from the house. However, when we arrived the next morning we found that our washer, dryer, and two tv's had been stolen and the electric work was not completed. The company refused to do anything to help us and had the nerve to send us a huge bill for work that was never completed.

These people deserve to be in prison. When we called and told them what happened all they said was "our electrician says he didnt do it and we believe him". There is no other possible way it was anyone else except him. No one else had access to the house and knew no one was going to be there except him.
