Having loose ducts result in air leakage which cause your home to not cool as quickly as it should. As a result, the air conditioner will have to run longer resulting in higher utility bills. Our AC stopped worked last night around 6 PM. I called Air Choice, and Emily got back to me right away. She let me know that Air Choice had sold to Air Squad and they could be there this morning to take a look. She was super clear about the process and very communicative. Sure enough, promptly this morning Jheovany was here to take a look at my system.
The online tracking system was really helpful for knowing when he'd be here! He was thorough, efficient, and friendly. We liked Air Choice a lot, but are just as happy if not more so with Air Squad!

Jheovany, the technition was awesome. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Spent time to explain to me what he was doing, what he found and what the problem was. He was a pleasure to talk to, and was professional in every sense of the word. Love the company's notification system and the ability to track the tech on his way too. Very pleased with the service from start to finish!

I am totally pleased. Not only did the technician whose name is Adrian arrive on time. He was actually early. He was polite, professional and had the system completely repaired within one hour. My house was internally 88 degrees over Mother's Day weekend and in less than an hour I'm living comfortably again. I have used other companies in the last 22 years in Florida but none can compare with Air Squad. I highly recommend them and try to get Adrian as your tech.

Dylan was extremely helpful, honest, and insightful about our options. It's never fun having to spend money on your A/C unit but he helped rationalize the best decision for us the moment. The owner is completely unprofessional when I called him about pricing. He was being condescending for no reason when asking about a price that I thought was high and to see if I can apply my active military discount to due to the high price. No one wants anything for free, Richard. Calm down. Hopefully you make $2500 a job like you told me or else he doesn't get his profit. Lol what a joke.

I had a problem on a Saturday- Air Squad answered their phone and had a tech at my door in barely an hour. My system needed replacement so I had several quotes within minutes and the work commenced first thing Monday morning. They even recommended a drywall repair company since a ceiling was destroyed by water and that work was completed by Thursday- can't even tell there was ever a problem. The owner comes and supervises work and answers questions- really a great polite crew and a first rate job. I highly recommend.

We purchased our home new in 2004. In 2018, Air Squad replaced both of our HVAC systems with modern, efficient systems. Since then, our home is far more comfortable than when it was new. And, we are saving a bunch on electricity! I should point out that our Air Squad price was as low as the COSTCO price, for the same equipment. Icing on the cake: Everyone from Air Squad is so very nice! Dylan just came by for our spring check; he was wearing a mask but I knew he was smiling!

Air Squad provides the absolute best HVAC service we have ever received. We have used them multiple times and they come through every single time! Recently, our AC went out, and this was determined late in the evening. The owner of the company came out to help us that evening, and also returned early in the morning to install a new unit. Dylan and the Air Squad team just finished installing two complete systems for our home and we couldn't be happier with the results. The technicians did a very professional job installing the equipment and it's been working great. Dylan took the time to explain all of our options to ensure we had a system set up perfectly for our home. He also made sure we knew how use the thermostat and answered all of our questions prior to leaving. I was very glad to keep it local too. Overall an excellent job by Air Squad!

So glad we selected Air Squad of the four other HVAC companies we got quotes from on replacing our 20 year old system. They demonstrated the best understanding of our needs and came up with the best solution. Out of all four vendors they spend the time to walk us through both of the pros and cons single, dual, and variable systems. What I really appreciated was how Air Squad was passionate about providing a solution for our family while the others felt more like a sales pitch.
The cherry on top was the owner grew up here. He didn't have to tell you he wanted to provide the best install service, this came across organically and by his actions. The dual stage system has been working flawlessly for a couple months.

As a property manager, it is important to have contractors we can count on. Air Squad is one of our "go to" companies when it comes maintaining our rental properties, we have used their services many times over the years. Once again Air Squad has exceeded my expectations. Rich and Co have been working on my A/C units since 2003 and while they are not the cheapest they are the best. They fix the issue correctly the first time. They give you options on how to proceed with the fix. They are knowledgeable and quick to respond. I can't say enough about these folks. Bottom line. you can hire Air Squad or you can get screwed. Your choice.

At first I had called another company who couldn't get me in until 5 days later and their service call was $17 more. Then I called Air Squad. It was in the middle of summer( August 6th) and i got an appointment in the same day! Justin N. was right on time and fixed my a/c unit capacitor for $299 in under 30 min. He was super friendly and very polite. Definitely would recommend for fast and friendly service in Texas summers!

Oh. My. Word. Air Squad wanted $750 for the bottom of the line of options I was given. I twas for freon and a capacitor. I checked with someone else who came highly recommended. The capacitor itself being replaced. Air Squad wanted $400 and up. JB Watson charges $125! I am overwhelmed at how much Air Squad wanted to HOSE US. They also will NOT provide a breakdown of pricing.
I will say that the customer service over the phone and the technician, Justin, were super nice and friendly. Justin was awesome. Save your time and money and go with JB Watson.

The only good thing is that he fixed the problem what I didn't like the fact is that when I decided I didn't want to continue with the warranty and I would rather have just paid for him fixing the problem and not receiving the warranty. He flat out refused to make any adjustments that I paid what I asked for. Clearly a customer has the ability to change their minds. I've had better service from local repairman that were willing to work with me in any way they could.
