They came out in October and started a job, but never finished. I would call and email them a lot to see when the job will be completed. I felt like I was ghosted. Finally I got a call to schedule and finish the job. They had been waiting on parts for almost 6 months. The install was very professional and one really doesn't know the system is there except for the main control box. Tech set up had some hiccups, but they work with and make sure you get the support you need. Billy and Jason were very respectful and professional.

We had Burdine for years. I believe for approx 10 or so. They started off great but steadily over time went down. The final straw for me was the lady answering their phone service during the day and her rudeness. They double billed me one month. While it was not the end of the world, I called and asked for a refund. The lady asked me if I wanted them to just credit the next month or refund. Again, I asked for a refund.
After a week with no credit to my bank account, I called and spoke with her again. This time she was even less cordial and stated that a refund had been processed and I had to give it time. I never called back and never received the refund.they just credited my bill. Again, not the end of the world, but it was the straw that broke the camels back. We went to another company and received far superior equipment and service, both of which Burdine was unwilling and unable to facilitate.

Installed home security system with 4 cameras. Worked for a few months and then quit. Called to fix but only put in another TP link and charged for it plus service call. Still doesn't work. Cameras connect and show areas for about 5 seconds and then go off. Don't show for long enough time to see anything. Something wrong with software link. Useless to us! They don't seem to care.
