This company is absolutely amazing! The designers, dean, and the entire crew are professional and all around great to work with. Our kitchen and two bathrooms were completely remodeled and not only did the results look amazing but it was done 4 weeks early.yes early! The whole process went so smooth. The app they use was really helpful for seeing the calendar, making payments, and sending messages. The crew worked so hard everyday and kept the area clean when they left. I would recommend Kitchen By Good Guys to everyone you wants to do a remodel, they are the best!

The process went smoothly and was totally stress free. Everyone in the team, from the design headed by Simone, through the demolishing and rebuild headed by Dan, were wonderful to work with. They came on time and did what they promised to accomplish that day. Dean, the owner checked on the progress several times and came at the end to make sure all was done to my satisfaction. I am thinking of redoing my kitchen next year, and will definitely use Kitchens by Good Guys again.

Amber the owner is very professional. She came to our house and had her assistant take notes. The next appointment was in their showroom. We saw what she had envisioned for us based on our requests. The presentation was very much on point and we viewed our future kitchen on the TV screen. At first I didn't realize it was our kitchen as it looked like a commercial and so different than our present kitchen. We decided to sign up with them.

This company was amazing from start to finish! They were quick to reply with all communication, ahead of schedule for the work, easy to have in my home, kept their work areas clean, and their design translated into a gorgeous kitchen we love! Best experience! Service: Remodelling

G Kitchens by Good Guys did a fantastic job on our kitchen, master bath, and powder room remodel plus an entire house repaint! They were helpful with the design selections and materials, and were always there to guide us along the way. It was a huge project to us but we are so happy with the end result! They are a great group of people to work with!

We've had a great experience with the Good Guys team. We've used them for two remodels, which included our kitchen, family room, dining room, and entry. What we liked is they took the time to understand the challenges with our out of date home. Amber quickly picked up on the style that we desired and presented us with ideas to make our house much more functional.

Both projects were completed within budget and on schedule. Also, they were quick to respond to any questions or changes that we requested. We'll definitely be using them again for future projects.

We needed new cabinetry in our bathroom and worked with Amber for a perfect solution. The cabinetry is beautiful and working with the team at Good Guys was amazing! Love the outcome!

We needed our master bathroom remodeled and contacted a few companies that said they were too busy or just never called back. Had a few other quotes too but Good Guys came through with what we really wanted and very easy to work with. One stop shop. Amber - Design Team came out and took the time to listen to our thoughts and gave her ideas too. We went to the showroom and she had the design displayed on a screen in 3-D.

She also had samples of tile, cabinets, granite etc. already laid out when we arrived. We went with her suggestions. Good Guys worked within our budget as well. We received a breakdown of the costs and they use a website called BuilderTrend that keeps you up-to-date on what they were going to do each day. Project Manager came every day to make sure everything was going as planned.

Communication was great - if we had a question or concerned, we received an answer within 24 hours. Good Guys finished the project in less time than the original end date as well. Would definitely recommend.

I loved the family atmosphere. I like how everyone is so friendly and more than happy to help. The projects are stunning and very well thought out and managed. They can design almost any style kitchen you desire. I really recommend!

After having nightmare experiences with other contractors Good Guys was a breath of fresh air. They listened to what I wanted and after the very first visit gave me a design that was almost exactly what I had envisioned. They also had great suggestions for things I had not considered. They communicated with me every step of the way, even providing pictures and updates via their app while I was traveling.

They were very respectful of me and my space and it was the cleanest construction project I have ever lived through. Of course there were a few challenges and changes along the way but they handled them professionally and I never felt like they were trying to increase the scope to increase the budget. I will not hesitate to use them on my next project!

Good Guys are exactly the name - good guys (and girls)! They truly are the nicest people to work with, and are so knowledgeable in the field. They manage the project start to finish and even after if something breaks or whatever the case may be - they fix it and make it right. The whole team Amber, Shannon and Dean are great people to work with. I'd absolutely recommend them for remodel work and kitchen and bath design.

I want to give a HUGE thanks to everyone over at Good Guys Remodeling! I recently worked on a project with them and I found ALL of their staff to be extremely knowledgable. I really can't thank their team enough for their prompt responses & attention to detail throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the need of remodeling services.

I can't say enough great things about this team! We needed a lot of help with our kitchen and bathroom remodel. We live in an older home that needed a lot of updating. Everyone on the Good Guys team was helpful and they made us feel like family. The pricing was affordable and fair, the work they performed was professional and timely. They thought of things that I never would have and made our kitchen turn out better than I ever dreamed. They did exactly what they promised us. I would recommend this crew to anyone looking for help with kitchen and bathroom remodeling.

We had to terminate the Good Guys and hire another contractor because of their Substandard work and for charged services not performed. We were overcharged $3,231 for work not performed. We had the following issues: * Our new contractors had to re-paint rooms and garage; * We were charged for plumbing parts we never received; * We were charged for disconnection and installation of plumbing parts never disconnected or installed; * We requested in writing, detailed invoices which were never provided; * They left messes inside the house, and left oil on the driveway; * We therefore had to move in two months late which we then had $3,172 in carrying costs for our other house.

We withheld $500 for the plumbing issues, and emailed them with the explanation. Our new contractors can substantiate all of the problems upon request. In summary, DO NOT hire the Good Guys unless you like substandard work, and being charged for parts and work never received or performed.
