Homeowners can always do these on their own, but our professional service is obviously better. You may have basic knowledge in outdoor lighting installation, but we have fascinating waterproof lights and the professional know-how to install them without the worries of accidental electrocution. You may have snow shovel and rakes, but we have snow plows, tractors, and more.
Management
Report
A well-maintained landscape is not only beautiful to look at, but also a smart way to increase the value of a property. This is the reason why most residential and commercial property owners look for companies who can provide total landscape management. Some of you may ask, What is landscape management?

Architecture
Report
In its broadest sense, landscape architecture is designing an outdoor area, landmark, or structure to improve its aesthetics, social effect and environment. The common landscape design often improves the beauty of an outdoor space, but landscape architecture does more than that. Before drawing the plan, a landscape architect has to survey the area and experience it.

This is not the same place since Clyde retired. I called them last summer to do some more commercial landscaping work for me, and they said they were too busy to do it, so I got someone else. I called them today to blow out my sprinklers and they said they were "done for the season, ", even though they admitted they were still doing blowouts, and they are only 1.5 miles from my house. Really poor, dont-give- a-damn, attitude, I will NEVER call them again. Maybe in the next lifetime, but not this one!

Called weeks ago to get on the list for a sprinkler blow out. After not hearing anything for two weeks we called back and were told the scheduler wasn't in that day and to call back. Called the next week and were told "we are on the list but no idea if or when they might get to us". They told us that it wasn't a big deal and we would see if they had time for us. Called another company and had them done the next day.

They did an incredible job for our church, Spokane Valley United Methodist Church. People would walk by and not know that we were a church! We also got new signage but they worked with the signage company so plantings wouldn't block the church signs. N. 115 Raymond across for Balfour Park. Also our congregation doesn't have a permanent grounds staff so plantings are slow growing and don't need lots of raking, trimming.

I was billed for a sprinkler system blow-out that they never did, for the fact that our 6' gated fence was locked and we have a German shepherd and 2 other dogs that would have bit the person that got over our fence to try to blow it out. I have also called several times to talk to someone about this and have never received a call back. Great company to rip people off for a job that was never done
