In 2021, I scheduled Atlantic to refurbish my paver patio - power wash, replace sand and seal. I came down with Covid and had to postpone. Started calling/emailing them in early March 2022 asking them to put me on the schedule for late May/early June. Never heard back and I kept calling but never got any responses. I guess they don't need my business and I certainly don't need to beg them to provide service! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Maybe with enough bad reviews, they'll start to get it!

Grass cutting is okay, but they are not aware of people's vehicles or they park in Fire lanes. They have unintentionally hit people's vehicles with bags and equipment. Not good.

We moved to Two Rivers primarily to downsize and free ourselves from lawn maintenance. The latter has been a disaster! I'm sure partly HOA fault, for contracting for so little work (weed and grub control are a joke), but mowing is done entirely in haste, while those stand-on, big wheel mowers gouge grooves in the lawns. Ridiculous. Then, after complaining, they "fixed" it by dumping seed in the groove - no raking it in, no straw, no care - washed out in the rain. Seems like it's all "hurry up and get it done, regardless of quality" with this company. Even after complaints, gouging the grass continues.

Horrible company! Avoid at all cost. Not only has our communities once pristine grounds been turned to dirt an weeds but they employee thieves. Many packages in neighborhood have been stolen by their workers. They broke a window in my home and refuse to fix it. Look at the results CREEK SIDE VILLAGE 21060

I reached out to this business three weeks ago to obtain a bid for an annual landscape contract. After numerous attempts on my end to contact them, they never called me back and made no attempt to meet on site. They obviously do not want the business. (annual spend including snow removal is generally around $35,000)
