My experience was AWFUL! I called him out for a blocked sewage line drain. He came out with his crew that night and fixed the blockage which was great, but 3 days later, on a Saturday afternoon, the blockage returned. When I called him back for his "30 guarantee" on the pipes to come back out and fix the blockage he assured me that he would be out later that evening.

I called an additional 4 times, of which he never answered or returned my calls. I called Sunday morning and he assured me he would be out between 12-4. At 5:30 he finally answered his phone and said he was working elsewhere but would be over shortly. At 9:00 he assured me he was on his way. at 11 he said it was too late. He assured me he would be at my house on Monday between 10-12.

He showed up right at 12, but charged us to fix the drain. I would be okay with his work IF he had answered his calls OR kept his word, but he is unreliable at best. Good luck if you actually want the work done in any form of a timely manner.

Read the first negative review but then read some positive ones so I thought let me give this guy a try. That was my first mistake. I don't know if he was just having a bad time-management day or what, but extremely frustrating. Spoke to him early in the morning, said he would be over within an hour, then because of a commitment I had, we agreed on 12:30. No show. Called him back, then he said 2:00. No show. Called him back, said he was coming at 3:30. No show! Don't waste your day!

Arrived promptly, serviced the problem efficiently, offered a warranty if anything should happen, friendly, and affordable. A few days before finding Mr. Cheap had a plumber come and he made the problem WORSE. BTW his name is Kevin from Wilingboro. STAY AWAY FROM HIM. I Will definitely use MR. CHEAP again.

If you have all day to wait, want to spend more, only deal in cash and done care if the job actually gets done go ahead and use them. Nice people just not good plumbers

If I could I wouldn't give him any star. apparently the came to do a plumbing job and at the end of the job it got worse. I don't know why it has good reviews. they do not do a proper job. stay away from them.

Don't waste your time with this company Three different appointments and they never show up. If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst service ever.

Took a shot in the dark and called a plumber that didn't have any internet reviews. we were so impressed we had to get the word out! -Courteous and friendly plumber arrived promptly (after hours!) -Conducted a thorough inspection of plumbing system -Cleaned up after the job was done -Did the job for significantly less than the previous plumber (yes, we've had the same problem twice! This guy got to the root of the problem!) -Very appreciative of our business -Wish he did more than plumbing! I'd hire this guy for anything!
