After interviewing four very reputable landscaping companies we elected to go with Kingstowne Lawn & Landscape and couldn't be more pleased. Having recently completed multiple projects over a six month period, Kingstowne proved to be everything a service company should be - professional, efficient, reasonable and most importantly - trustworthy. a company that respects its customers and places their interests first. Starting at the top with our design consultant and project manager (Amanda) and proceeding through the ranks with the team leaders (Elias and Salvador) and their teammates (Carlos, Briceldo, Alan and Oscar) we found every employee to be exceptionally professional, personable, responsive, polite, and knowledgeable.

Their efforts on a broad range of landscaping projects exceeded expectations and included: installing an environmentally friendly paver/gravel driveway, restoring/enlarging an antique brick patio, installing 270-degree house drainage system, repairing 125' retaining wall, installing accent lighting on house and grounds, building several different stacked stoned walls (fieldstone & colonial), installing slate and stone walkways, and enhancing the curb appeal with a variety of shrubs/plantings. Said another way, regardless of the type of work Kingstowne proved it could do it all - effectively, efficiently, and economically.

During the course of the project, Amanda and her teams showed up on time, were quick to diagnosis how to best approach each task and were equally industrious in completing them. They also had the expertise, imagination and where-with-all to offer suggestions on how to "fine tune" the various projects slightly (as the spaces transformed themselves) to make the final outcome even more artistic and/or functional. Bottomline: It is obvious that the owner (Krisjan) has instilled an easily recognizable "esprit de corps" within his employees since they approach their work not so much as a job. but more as a profession. a refreshing change from the norm which makes a huge difference in the end result/product! In sum, Kingstowne is a gem of a company that operates with integrity, and which we intend to use for some evolving landscape projects in the future.

I've been very happy with Kingstowne since we switched from our previous company. I won't name them, but I was very displeased when they increased their price by $15 a week without even asking/telling us there would be a change to our service. $60 a month may not be that much, but it was the principal of the thing for me that left a bad taste in my mouth.

The Kingstowne business is very responsive and open in communication. I also like the fact that a day after the gentleman walked our property we had our quote and contract ready to go. The crew are a great group of guys and are always on time and clean up after themselves. Our yard looks amazing and it's all done efficiently at a fair price. Absolutely love this company and their professionalism. Well done.

Called for an estimate Melissa said send some pictures with good lighting and we will get back to you tomorrow. They did not, and instead told us that they can't come until next week when we called, but they did send some pretty rude texts. Some customer service training may be in order.

Kingstown did a full cleanup of all the gardens on my property which were a complete mess and totally overgrown with weeds. The job they did was absolutely superb and I now have a monthly maintenance program with them. My gardens look terrific after they are done each time. These folks are pleasant, professional, thorough, reasonably priced and do a great job! I recommend them highly.

Kingstowne is Awesome! They are the only Landscaper I trust with my Lawn. I needed a quick dress-up for an upcoming party, and they made a special effort to have the yard in perfect condition before the party, despite the rainy day! I've been a Kingstowne Lawn customer for many years and the quality of their work is exceptional. The crews are always on time and customer service has always been very responsive and courteous. My yard always looks healthy and neat due to the aeration, seeding, and trimming work performed by Kingstowne Lawn -- and my yard did not start off this way.

Every season my lawn looks better. I think the prices for these lawn services are very reasonable. I appreciate that Kingstowne Lawn allows me to set up an auto payment plan and sends me invoices electronically. Kingstowne Lawn offers many other services and I recommend that customers give them a chance to provide an estimate and really automate a lot of your exterior home maintenance.

I have considered adding extra services such as semiannual gutter cleaning, but my experience is that pricing for some of these services isn't always as competitive as the lawn maintenance services. Otherwise, I continue to be a very satisfied customer and highly recommend Kingstowne Lawn.

I am a fairly new customer starting in July 2020 after getting a high recommendation from a good friend who was a customer. I began slowly since having someone else do my yard work was not really appealing to me. Boy was I wrong! Kingstowne has exceed any expectations. Now Kingstowne is at my house almost every week. They take care of everything much better than I ever did.

They arrive on time, discuss the jobs, and listen to what I have to say. I cannot recommend them enough. Their attention to detail, including those unappealing site preparation tasks, is fantastic. The workers show care for my property and they have pride in what they do, always asking if I am satisfied. The office responds promptly, usually within hours. I am treated with respect even when my questions are probably unnecessary. From my slow start, I am now looking forward to a longtime relationship with Kingstowne!

I've been a client of Kingstowne Lawn and Landscape for many years many years and I couldn't be happier. They installed a flagstone patio almost 20 years ago and it still looks great. They have also helped to landscape my front yard and subsequently provided me a number of maintenance services. This company is very customer focused and responsive. I would definitely recommend them.

Kingstowne has been wonderful. They come like clockwork for all services we've had them do: putting in French drain, cutting lawn, raking & removing leaves, cleaning gutters, assisting with coordinating tree removal. Very unprofessional work crew. We had two missed appointments and no follow up from the company. I confirmed a time twice - both were no shows and I took off work both times. I don't recommend these guys.

I was so impressed with Kingstowne Lawn and Landscape that when i needed some painting done i thought i'd try out the painting as well. They did a marvelous job on the painting and did a great job cleaning up afterwards as well. The crew was very nice, especially Pablo!
