In deciding to brick-over our whole backyard, we hoped to avoid the endless weeding we had been doing of the green and small bricked areas in our old backyard. Our Rosemont contact told us that the new innovations in landscaping has better barriers for weeds to come through the bricks. However, starting 3 months ago, weeds started to show up, so we are back to some weeding. A bit of a bummer.

Brings gas powered leaf blowers to our block each and every week causing noise and air pollution.

I have been using the team at Rosemont since moving into the area back in 2013. Their crews have done numerous jobs for me across landscaping, hardscaping, and day to day maintenance and ranging in size and complexity. Every job has been bid appropriately & fairly, completed in a timely manner and done to my personal satisfaction. The team at Rosemont take great pride in their work and their customer service and it shows! I highly recommend them and tell everyone I know that is looking for this type of work that there is only one name, Rosemont!

The Rosemont team, led by Oscar Vasquez, completed a large-scale backyard renovation project for us, which included the construction of a stone patio, two retaining walls, drainage solutions, and landscaping. The team was extremely professional, responsive, and produced high-quality work within the projected timeline. We would highly recommend Rosemont's services for patio design and landscaping.

Unfortunately, Rosemont crews have been systematically trespassing on our property for several years in order to shortcut through to one of their clients. We have informed the crews, Rosemont management, the client multiple times that this is unacceptable and unlawful. We are continually told that it will not happen again, but there is no change to the actual behavior. Police have been involved. I would hesitate working with Rosemont if, as a client, you may become embroiled in legal action.

It is rare these days to engage with a contractor who manages to exceed all expectations. We recently had this experience with Rosemont Landscaping & Lawn Care. We hired Sean Sutherland and his team to assist us with a row home back patio re-design and re-construction project in an established neighborhood in Old Town North. We can honestly say, we had a true partner every step of the way.

The Rosemont crew was efficient and responsive. Working in a constrained space they accomplished demolition; regrading; installation of drainage, natural gas lines, electrical and lighting; a complete rebuild of fences and equipment housings; and the installation of nearly 300 square feet of cement-set flagstone plus a hand-chiseled firewall all within a tight timeframe - helping us realize our vision with tremendous skill, dedication, and attention to detail. The entire process was a pleasure from start to finish and the desired result was achieved within budget and on time.

Rosemont did the most incredible job changing my crumbling patio into an outdoor oasis in two short weeks! Sean, Oscar, and the team are all very responsive and upfront about timelines and costs, and were able to work with me to design and build two patios within my price range. The scope of work included in ground lighting, a gas firepit, and a gas grill, all of which was seamlessly coordinated by Rosemont.

Clean up was completed and I can enjoy my patios for years to come! Looking forward to working with Rosemont on landscaping next spring! Update: Rosemont is now my go-to for any and everything relating to my outdoor space. They have turned my hilly front lawn into a beautiful, lush garden and perform wonderful and timely monthly maintenance. They also just completed a gorgeous trash pad, cut into the base of my hill. No more do I have to bump the trash bins up and down 14 steps! Thank you, Rosemont!

Rosemont has done a lot of work for us over the years, most recently a new patio and raised garden bed in front of our townhouse that we absolutely LOVE. Their work is always top-notch, and I'm sure we'll be returning to them for whatever else we needs done far into the future. Highly recommended!

My husband and I hired Rosemont to replace and widen our walkway, driveway, and side walkway. We also had them lower an exposed pipe and relay brick in the area and install lighting and irrigation. Oscar is the Project Manager and was very thorough and focused on our satisfaction with the work. He visited the site daily and took the time to talk through the project and make any adjustments needed.

The team was skilled at masonry and worked efficiently to complete the job. We talked to other companies and found Rosemont's pricing to be competitive. We highly recommend them for hardscape projects.

Don't expect professional communication. They're pretty lousy about it and wasting people's time. We requested a quote for to install a fence and do some yardscaping. They sent someone (Trey) to do take a look and talk it over. He says I should get a quote next week. Weeks later I reach out to see if the quote was ready and the office manager (Susan) responds that she hadn't received the quote yet. Now it's been well over a month since they came over and still nothing further about the quote.

Rosemont is way more than a contractor or vendor. They are a partner that you can always count on. No matter the situation or need, Sean and his team stand at the ready to exceed your expectations. When it comes to calling on someone you can ALWAYS count on.call Rosemont. They have been taking care of my property in Yacht Haven for 11 months now and I must say they go above and beyond the scope of work we agreed to. EVERY TIME.

We hired Rosemont Landscaping for a large hardscape and landscape job. There were different crews for the various stages of the project. We were impressed (as were our neighbors) with every crew's work ethic and the quality of the work. The job was priced competitively but I think the quality is far superior than we would have received elsewhere. This is the second time we have hired Rosemont Landscaping for our yard and we highly recommend them.

We had the pleasure of working Oscar for a consultation regarding overcrowding in our front yard. Because we were out of the service area, we sent him pictures of the home and he made recommendations on how best to deal with the bushes at this point in the season and suggested specific flowers to olanin the spring that would bloom and accentuate the landscaping. So glad we got his professional opinions before making any drastic decisions!

We've used several lawncare companies in the past and Rosemont ranks right at the top! Their price for service was reasonable and appropriate, the project manager (Oscar) took extra time to discuss options for our yard, and the work was completed quickly. We identified a minor issue at the end of the job and even that was addressed quickly and correctly to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Great job - we will be using their services again!

Terrible Communications, subpar Work. Don't expect them to show up on the day/time that they've promised, and expect to have the one phone number they list tell you it's a "full voicemail box" and "not accepting new messages." When they do eventually come to your home the work is subpar, and in some cases they did outright damage to plants and shrubs.

In addition, a flower pot with cilantro that was on our front stoop simply disappeared with no explanation. You have many options in a landscaping company - don't use this one.

Spoke with Susan to have someone come out for a sod estimate. On the day of the appointment my husband scheduled time at home to meet with Andy. An hour before the appointment Andy emailed to say that he had to cancel the appointment as we were outside of his service area in Great Falls, Va. I really wish someone had bothered to check the service area before the morning of the appointment. Not the most professional company.

This company does a decent job, but the price is a bit high for the services provided. Over and over and over we've discussed with the owner as well as all of the workers, that our backyard gate cannot be left open at ANY TIME because we have two Italian greyhounds and a cat. If the dogs get out, they will be gone as they run insanely fast. We've put signs on the gates as a reminder and have had several discussions with the owner AND the workers and it's still ignored.

I plan to do another adjustment to the gate so it will close automatically with a spring hinge, but this is ridiculous. They certainly can do landscaping, I'm not over the moon about the level of work but it's competent. But I plan to search for another landscape company primarily because of this simple issue that is quite frankly, negligence on their part, and completely disrespectful.

Sean and his crew have done a fantastic job maintaining our yard and creating and maintaining our landscaping. We constantly get compliments on how great our house looks! It feels great to come home everyday to such a well maintained yard.

Sean and his crew transformed our yard today. It needed a major clean up, trimming, hedging, leaf removal, tree branches cut back. They worked so hard and did an amazing job. I highly recommend!

They cut my lawn for a year and cleaned up nicely, but then the owner Sean blew me off not once, not twice, but three times when I asked for more work to be done in stages. Piece of work! Only reason I no longer prepare flowerbeds myself (always did it from A to Z before) is that I am old and weak. Before that, I considered it manual labor to dig, improve, add good earth and organic matter myself; apparently Sean found this offensive to him.
