Locksmiths Plus

Vandals and all around losers. Putting stickers on our doors leaving nasty residue that we have to clean. This has happened multiple times. We have a locksmith and it's not these losers.

Critical: Professionalism One of your sticker kids who runs around putting stickers on doors decided to drop all of his garbage in our parking lot. If he's going to represent your company make sure if he's going to litter don't let throw your business cards everywhere.

I called them to gain access to a commercial property. Despite I was told that they would charge $55, when he got there he just took a screw driver put it between the door and the frame and pushed down the dead bolt to open the door. Then told me that the repair would cost $800, when I said it was too expensive he said then it was $125 to go out there and open the door (which didn't even take him a minute and required no expertise to put a screw driver between the door and the frame).

Total Scam Artists! Another company went and replaced the whole mechanism and charged me $450 for the same work he said would cost me $800. IN RESPONSE TO OWNER'S REPLY: I have uploaded the credit card charge to proof that no one can trust this company. I guess it is OK if I contact my Credit Card so they can open an investigation and return my money.

I saw this company while doing a map search for locksmiths. I opened the link to the website in order to find out about car services. They have an automotive section on the website so I call them for an inquiry about my car. I ask a representative if they sell keys and fobs that tells me no and before I could ask him if they cut keys if I buy them he tells me they don't do cars. I'm not understanding why there is an automotive section on their website if the do nothing with cars

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This company vandalizes shopping centers plastering their stickers everywhere without asking permission. They also quote low and charge high. Check their BBB stats. You are warned!

They are obviously desperate for customers and cannot afford to use legitimate advertising methods. Any reputable company does not need to deface or disrespect other business owners by plastering their stickers all over a hard working businesses door who pays to advertise their businesses!. Perhaps I will show up at their storefront and plaster my companies name on it and have them advertise for me without their permission and have them peel the paint off of their newly painted door so they can see how it feels. Do not use any business that has little regard for other business owners and illegally defaces private property.

Never used them, however, a person came up to our place of business and peeled all of our current locksmith's stickers off our doors and proceeded not only to place a sticker for this company, but then threw the trash all over our entrance. We have the person on camera as this is trespassing. I expect someone from this business to contact me and explain why we should not contact the authorities.

I found this companys stickers pasted all over my doors. It was a bit more difficult to remove after sun baked them in. Any company that is so blatantly disrespectful of my property is definitely not a business I would ever care to do business with.

I have had their stickers on my doors several time now. This time I caught them in the act. I will never use a company that does this and recommend you do not either. This is vandalism and I do not know why they think this is ok to do.

Without authorization this company plastered my doors with their stickers advertising their company. I called and spoke with Hector who said they would be removed but nothing has been done so far. I will be patient for another 48-72 hours but after that I will file a police report.

I have never used them, but last week someone came to my business in a bicycle wearing their shirt, and proceeded to rip out some old stickers from my door, he not only ripped the sticker but also part of the film that the door has so the store gets less heat. When I went out to talk to him and ask him what he was doing, he started to scream obscenities at me for no reason.

I had contacted locksmithsplus because they are vandalizing my store front with their gorilla marketing tactics (stickers with their info)! I called and asked to speak to the owner, the gentlemen said he was but didn't provide me with his name. I had explained how putting stickers on store fronts was a form of vandalizing. Not once did the gentleman apologize for his company bad behavior! Super shady, It Left a very bad taste in my mouth!

Arrived at my business this morning on my building with these stickers on all over advertising this business what they had done was removed the old pull stickers and put their own stickers on, this is defacing the properties in the surrounding areas why would they do this that just shows you the quality of people running the business no ethics whatsoever they will break the law in order to advertise the business how desperate do you need to be

Never using this company. After being asked repeatedly to not leave their adhesive stickers on our business and doors, a gentleman still came by and stuck them on our glass. Upon removal of the stickers it cause damage to the tint on the window. This is very unprofessional marketing. This company needs to hang door tags just like everybody else instead of deface property. I wish I could leave zero stars.

This is the WORST company! They came to change one door lock. We were quoted at a service charge of $55 and $25 for a deadbolt lock change. He quoted us at $125 when he got there and was nasty about it. Fine, we paid because we wanted it done. After he left, we went to leave and the door wouldn't open! I called the company and they were extremely rude and said "someone was on their way." After an hour of waiting, we called back and the guy was so extremely rude telling us, "Yes, yes, were coming" and then hung up the phone on me! Another hour later and he came. He made it seem like we were crazy and it's "never happened to me before." Super rude and unprofessional! BEWARE!

I have never used their service and I can assure you I never will. Over the weekend a person that works for them placed adhesive stickers all over my accordion shutters. This is just not right to deface another persons property for your personal gain. You should rethink your marketing techniques.

I manage a building on Oakland Park Boulevard and for years I've been using Locksmiths Plus and Sean for all my Locksmith issues. Very reasonable and very pleasant. Usually he answers my calls but if he for some reason can't, he always calls me back very quickly. He comes out within days and does the work unless there is an emergency then he will come out asap. He will not take advantage of you or rip you off. I would definitely recommend Sean and Locksmiths Plus for all your "locking" needs. Very reasonable prices!

Had these guys come out yesterday to do a simple repair. They over charged us big time! Their rate according to the man that came out is $65 for the service call and $100 per hour the minute he touched the door. No thats not incremented charges, apparently they only bill in one hour increments. The repair was complete after 15 mins of service. My bill was $265. ya that includes an $85 part.

When I called the next day and asked how much their service calls were they must have gone down in price over night because now its $45 and its time and material. No mention of one hour billing. We will never call them again. Buyer beware.
