Don't ever use this locksmith, they couldn't open the lock so they drilled both locks off. They didn't replace the lock and charged 375.00 Please don't get ripped off like me.

Fast, easy & friendly. Only thing is that they have a $10 minimum so bring cash or you can buy an extra key or key chain.

I unknowingly gave them a cheap warn out lock to fix. They were very nice, a made things right, going above and beyond for their customer. They are knowledgeable and professional. The shop can be crowded at times but that is because they are good. Try them.

Great customer service, welcoming and honest. I bought a key online that I had to have cut. They cut it and programmed it. I saved money and got treated right.

An appointment was made. I was told they were running late three times (after I called each time). Eventually they just didn't show up. No call. Nothing. And when I called, the person who was supposed to be here was rude and put me on hold, which wasn't picked up. Very disappointing from a company I've used before. But never again. Today the owner told me, "THere was no excuse for not showing up." Exactly.

BEWARE! I am stuck in an awful situation and the owner does not respond. He sent an inexperienced technician to work on my safe's lock. The young man did not fix it, locked my safe, and could not get back it open again. He tried to drill it and I stopped him for it was clear he didn't know what he was doing. After multiple phone calls Joe Capuozzo (owner/manager? so I was told) answered the phone.

He acknowledged the mistake and said he would contact the safe company for the information and send his "safe guy" out to fix it. After 5 days my safe is still locked and Joe does not answer repeated phone. Highly unprofessional!

Ricardo was very nice. I needed a house key and mailbox key. Lost it! Super fast and efficient!

I didn't even use their service and I'm giving them 5 stars. I called for an issue - long story short, they were honest and walked me through the problem. They explained that if they showed up to fix the issue the service charge would be disproportionate to the problem. I will use ASAP in the future - eventually they'll get my money. Honesty, patience, and technical experience.

After going to the Ford dealership and not having any success, I called Rupert and he told me to come right over. The manager personally assisted me and programmed my FOB in 20 minutes. Outstanding service at an awesome price.

They do not do a quality job. High Security Lock came loose several times. Each time they wanted to be paid to do the job they were paid to do again. I finally decided to call a different locksmith and sue them for the cost of repairing their defective work. I do not recommend this company.

I purchased from them MEDECO high security locks. They installed the locks and one keeps coming loose and they want to charge each time to come out and fix their faulty installation. I finally hired another locksmith do do the job correctly and will sue them to recover the cost. I would not use this company as they do not care about the customers or the work product.

Bait and Switch-Beware! Called for key price for Hyundai, non-chip. Price was 10. Get there price goes to 15. Ok, Honest mistake I take it as. While there, ask about programming for a keyfob for same car. Told 30 if i bring the fob. Order keyfob and bring it in one week later, same guy says 65. I say you told me 30 last week to my face, and you also told me key was 10 on phone but when i get here it was 15.

He says honest mistake: I say 2 mistakes does not = honest mistake its now a pattern---2 mistakes = bait and switch! Top it off, go to a another locksmith in Miramar and same key I bought there is 3.75 and I have receipt to prove it. So how could it be 15.00 over there for a basic rubber key with no chip? Summary--different prices on different days and even on same day and then (within a week of each other) ---Prices appear to change as the wind blows, 15.00 dollars for a 3.75 key (2 of them) and when you add it up you get=Lie1 + Lie2 = bait and switch.

The guy running the store pleads ignorance in that its an honest mistake in pricing, but somehow between the time he quotes you and the time you pay, he now knows the price quoted is wrong. I call BS! Would give zero stars if I could. Stay away, far away unless you like being lied to and cheated.

Walmart turned me on to them! Michael cut me a key that was impossible by 4 others. Clean; lots of stock; great location- park in back.

Amazing place! This should be your to-go guys in case you need key replacement! Came in and within less than two minutes, I had my new key! Ask for Ryan & Alex anytime you go visit them. Very friendly and professional. If I could give you guys 6 stars, I would.

Just had a house call by Ryan for my lock. I had other locksmiths forking for me in my life, but Ryan was special: highly professional, fast, definitely knowing what he was doing in and out. If I were his boss I would be proud to have specialists like him on my staff. Excellent job! As to the company itself ASAP is very reasonable as opposed to other locksmiths.

Very responsive and sympathetic. I was desperate not to be able to leave the house due to the broken lock, so the dispatcher did her best to help me the same day. Highly recommend!

If giving zero was an option I would. Called them 3 times only to be continuously jerked around on how long it would take to arrive. After an hour and a half, still never showed after being told it would only be 20-30 mins. Then they don't answer the phone when you call. Never again.

Bought a used car and it only came with one remote. So I came here to get a new car remote and they also made me a new key. Super friendly staff and Great results. At first when they programmed their new remote the remote that the car came with didn't work. But that definitely wasn't a problem we went back no extra charges and they fixed it within 10 minutes.

Great locksmith, great service. Lou was very polite and very professional. I got some keys online and other locksmiths said they wouldn't work and they didn't wanna touch them unless I bought the keys straight from that locksmith. Lou tested my blank keys to make sure they were compatible and once verified he cut and programmed them. The transponder works, all the doors work, even the panic button works : Fair price compared to dealers and other locksmiths, and very friendly staff. Thank you very much!

These guys know their business. I've had them make keys and replace locks in doors and mailboxes. They gave me excellent service at reasonable prices. Unlike many locksmith listings, this is a real, honest business.

Stopped for lockbox. A little pricy but the only place around to have them available right away. Good services.
