We found termintes inside our home several years ago. I called NE and they sprayed for them and recommended Sentricon. I signed a contract and have we have had none since. The inspections and maintenance visits are always on time and performed professionally. Service: Termite inspection

Third trip here to inspect. Northwest put in the termite protection when our home was built in 2015. First trip was uneventful but our inspector educated me on termites! And, showed me what he looked for inside & outside. Second trip found 3 tunnels on the concrete pad - nothing inside. Northwest came & treated those spots quickly. That must have been effective as our third inspection found no invasion. Very friendly, professional, & thorough - not to mention excellent communications.

Formerly known as "Contractors Termite and Pest Control". The business may have new owners but the staff and people are the same for the most part. They do an annual termite inspection for us and spray our yards quarterly for weeds. Never had an issue with them. Whenever we notice a mud tube we call them on the phone and they are out in short order. The same person has been spraying our yards and the area just beyond the view fence for the last several years.

Made an appointment last week for today. Called today to see when they would be here and they have no record of the appointment! Told them I spoke to Sam but was informed he is in the Tucson office and the appointment info did not make it to Scottsdale! Now the appointment we have is over 3 weeks away! UPDATE: THEY CALLED MIDDAY AND SAID THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. NEW COMPUTER SYSTEM SHOWS APPOINTMENTS ON INSPECTORS TABLETS BUT NOT ON OFFICE COMPUTER SO THEY NEED SOME WORK ON THAT.

This is honestly one of the best companies that I have ever dealt with personally. They have always served this home since it was built and we will continue until we either die or move out.

I have my yard sprayed for weeds. This is a great service because weeds are such a problem here in Tucson. I never have to worry about it anymore and can keep my HOA happy!

This is the exterminator company that my father in-law used for years and I carried on the service from him. I started as a Northwest Exterminating Sentricon for termites customer and now use their weed and pest control services as well. They are prompt, efficient, personable and courteous. Very happy with their service.

Terrible service. I still have guaranteed with them and called them out to treat. First they scheduled out so long and I decided to call them back to ask if the can come sooner because I found too many termite activities so I don't want to wait that long. The front desk lady said she will have someone call me back to schedule sooner but they never called me back.

Then the day they supposed to come, I asked if they can call me 30 mins prior arrival because I need them to inspect my whole house. Waiting all day and no one called. By the end of the day I called, they says someone already came abs treated it. I took their words for it. A month later I saw termite activities are back at the same spots. Looks like he only came and flicked off the lines.

I ended up call a diff company (action termite) and they inspected my whole house and they found more activities. They told me no one have treated my house yet. Today company is a scam. They ghosted out on me abs lied abs said they came when they didn't. I elll never recommend this company to anyone. I ended up choose to pay for a new company to treat my house rather than use the guarantee from this company. I called them explained the situation but the did t seems to care. All they says to me was "ok". No apology

This company has been sold and it is not what it once was bay any means. We have a contract to treat the termites which we pay in advance for a one year service. I've been trying to get them out to my house for over two months and now they tell me not till the middle of January. Can't believe they are still in business! Totally dissatisfied!

Update: Northwest Exterminating has bought out Contractors. So far the new company has not performed as well. We got notice one day before the contractor was scheduled to come, and then did not show up to perform the pest control service. We're rescheduled for next week, so we'll see what happens. This office staff is not as polite and professional as Vic with Contractors was.

This is the company our home builder used for the initial termite and pest control. We contacted them when we moved in because we noticed little bugs everywhere and have signed up with an annual agreement. Since we began service with them in May 2020 we've only had two live bugs, the rest we've encountered have been dead, which means it's working.

They contact us prior to coming out so we have the opportunity to change our standing appointment if necessary and just bill the credit card we have on file. Very low maintenance for us. The staff have always been professional and courteous anytime we've had to contact someone. Mike or Jake always performs the service and is very friendly, respectful and courteous. I would wholeheartedly recommend Contractors Pest Control.

We left an exterminating company that serviced us for 7 years, because they moved, and we never had a single scorpion or bug problem. We hire NW Exterminating, and in 2 months we have seen 7 scorpions outside, no less than 23 horned caterpillars, 12+ Colorado river frogs and hundreds of crickets. Then they failed to show up on day one After 2 months of "treatment" I will NEVER recommend this company, I am literally begging my old company to come back by of offering them 3x pay every though they don't live here anymore.

We have been with them for five years and love the service and professionalism. Every three months they come by, check on the property, provide the appropriate treatment and notify us if they see anything. We had some termite indicators and they were immediately out with some additional treatment. Since using their services we have had no issues with any infestations or invasions.

We have small dogs and they only treat the areas we tell them to treat. They notify us when they visit so we can keep the dogs inside and they use chemicals that disperse quickly to avoid the pups getting into anything. They have a wide variety of plans. Our home is new and we have very little issues in our neighborhood so do not need anything but the basics.

At our previous home we had the desert roaches in the septic system, scorpions, and termites in some of the desert trees so they were always out treating something. Even then, their prices are reasonable for the professionalism and level of service provided. If you are looking for a reliable and affordable exterminating company with a wide variety of options and very professional service technicians, we strongly recommend Northwest.

Big thank you to Cory and Contractors Termite who pulled all stops to accommodate us in their busy schedule. They are backed up which is totally understandable but they stood behind their warranty commit G with rapid response (vs. having to wait a week +) great job and service.

Contractors Pest Control is the best pest control company we've found. TJ, our technician, is thorough and communicates with us to let us know when he will be at the house and to see what we need treated. We back a wash and live in an area that is prone to termites and scorpions, but we haven't had a single issue once we started using Contractors.

They come monthly too, which is great, because we started having issues when our other pest control company cut back their frequency. So many of them now will only come out once every 3 or 4 months for service but still charge as much as they would if they were coming out monthly.

We have used Contractor's Termite and Pest Control for over 20 years. My husband used them at his company originally. We have been using them for our homes for about 14 years. We had scorpion issues prior to having Contractor's Termite and Pest Control. They have taken care of the scorpions, roof rats and termites, besides typical pests. I really like having TJ as our service technician every month. I truly appreciate how he lets me know that he's coming the next day and then when he's on his way.

We have used Contractors Termite Pest Control for years for monthly sprays and keep an annual termite warranty. They are awesome! TJ is our guy, and he is so easy to communicate with and knows his stuff! He is a true professional and always communicates with us for scheduling times, plus texts us when he is on his way and when he arrive ms because we have dogs.

A neighbor referred me to Contractor's for pest control and treatment and they are excellent. Contractor's resolved my pest issues including a serious and ongoing scorpion problem after my house was vacant during a 9 month renovation. They sent a service person out for the initial treatment within 18 hours of my initial call. My monthly service person is Mike and he is awesome, he's always on time, professional, super nice, and very communicative regarding any issues and solutions. I highly recommend.

We bought our home a few months ago and Northwest had done a termite treatment for the previous owners. We were given an invoice from the treatment in case we had any more issues. We haven't had any more termite issues, but I called them and set up a schedule to spray for bugs every three months. The guys who have come out have been punctual and very thorough.

We haven't had any issues with scorpions or other bugs inside the house since they started spraying. We have been very happy with their service and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

We have been a customer for almost 5 years now. They always provide amazing customer service, their techs are as professional and as friendly as they get, and provide rapid response. We just had them out for an inspection that needed to happen quick. Again, rapid response from the whole team! Amazing company!

This may be a little long, but please read this until the end. We just moved to Tucson and had no idea of the pest and critters here and how they can get in the house and ac. Northwest came out and did a full and thorough inspection that was very informative. We opted for the complete sealing of the house including roof line and j joints along the bottom of the house and ac units. as well as monthly pest spraying and weed control.

When hiring a service you do your best to research, interview and hope for the best. Over the years we have hired several services on previous homes. Some were good and then. not so good. The guys that came out to seal the house were nothing short of amazing. It took two complete days and they worked very hard, were very ice and informative. A month later the quality control team came back out to inspect their work and found two small issues that will be taken care of very soon. REALLY?

A separate team comes out to verify the work was the highest quality? When does that ever happen? First we have ever experienced. The office staff is top notch and on it as well. This company has gotten too big. They really dont care if you are happy with the service because you are one of thousands of customers. Try a smaller company if you want to have any attention to your home.

Received a bill for services not performed. Never heard of these people. If you are on NextDoor please post if something like this has happened to you. and then let the BBB know.

Stuck with them since part of DR Horton/Saguara Bloom warranty. Otherwise have to pay for ourselves. Found termite tubes in house and outside even though they had only just done there treatment a month before. Did not even do part of house and left note would be out later. Contacted DR Horton since have to contact them direct and was told would be at least a week before they could come out.

Finally sent a Miguel Garcia out. He is about the most rude obnoxious person you will ever deal with. Attitude from when he rang door bell. Did not know what he was here for and when I explained started cursing and coping attitude. He told me not there to do complete service and only to treat one area. Slammed his ladder against my wall and put huge marks in.

Then slammed his ladder down screaming fuck this/you as he went outside and left. Filed complaint with Northwest and a Steve Romero, director of operations contacted me and apologized. Came out next day and had to literally do all work over plus pull out refrigerator, closet and dig around whole house so could treat. Neither Miguel Garcia or Steve Romero bothered to clean up after or put things back where they were originally. Did not care about damage to walls nor was anything done about Miguel Garcia and his unprofessional attitude, foul mouth and awful work.

They came out and set some traps. The moles left and 3 weeks later the moles were back. We've called 3 times and were told someone would come out each time. No one has showed and no appointment made. The first time we called for return service we had one new mole hole and now there are 3.

Okay service, bugs do stay away for most part but it is pretty high for the service, nice to have though if you decide not to diy.

I left my info via website Sunday and received a call back promptly Monday morning regarding my bee issue. A friendly and professional exterminator worked was prompt and discovered my bees hiding place. My dad met with Todd and the bee issue was quickly resolved. My dad was impressed with how quick and efficient Todd was. I was appreciative of his courtesy, keeping me involved via phone, and his prompt and efficient manner. Thank you Todd! We were charged for service that never happened. We called management to cancel service and they wouldn't reverse the charge. Very unprofessional.

I have been a customer with Northwest Exterminating for several months. The first Friday of the month they come and spray for preventative bug treatment. In July we had a huge vinegaroon in our home, we put it in a jar & gave it to the technician. apparently during monsoon season the preventative service is not always effective. Last month a family member was stung by a wasp, she suffered a terrible reaction, I immediately called Northwest, got a price quote of $167.

They sent a technician right away.20 minutes & $400 later the treatment was done. Technician told me to give it 5 days & if I had any more problems to call back. Today I called. I was having some Fall pruning done on shrubbery & the wasps were coming out of one of the shrubs. I called Northwest, apparently because I was 30 plus 1 day out of their return guarantee I will be charged $400 again!

The pruning was done over the weekend which would have been within the 30 day time frame.u can call Northwest & get their answering service on the weekends so I was told I could've called. You've got to be kidding! I do not recommend Northwest Exterminating, my business is going elsewhere.

,I just had Northwest here to deal with my termite issue. I couldn't be more pleased. Miguel. Inspected every inch of my house and shed and found several termite infestations. Jesse came and treated the spots and installed the Sentricon system. Both men were very professional and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them.

I think the Sentricon contract was sold in a deceptive manner. At no time was it mentioned in the sales pitch (although it does appear in the microprint) that we were not purchasing the equipment and in fact were not BUYING anything--only using it. We are now held hostage to using their yearly service, and if we do not pay, they not only stop the service, but they remove the expensive equipment we paid for.

We paid over $1500 dollars for $300 worth of equipment and 2 hrs of installation and we own nothing. Do your research before purchasing. You will find similar complaints aplenty.

Extremely great service, they were willing to come out the same day we called (although we scheduled it out), the serviceman arrived early, very professional. Took care of our bee problem quickly and efficiently. Instructed us on how to prevent bee hives from forming in the future. Gave care and attention. Will use them again and we definitely recommend this service!

Northwest is the best pest control company in southern Arizona. They are all great. From their customer service reps, inspectors, and technicians. they are all top notch. I would not trust my home with any other company in Tucson.

Chose this business while looking on-line for an exterminator. They had the best guarantee of their work that we could find. They were very thorough and professional. We have been very satisfied with their treatment and the way they have handled our situation. I would recommend them to anyone looking for bug treatment.

Pretty simple- gave one quote over the phone; billed another higher price later. Not the way to run a business. They didn't even want to correct their mistake after a call was put into to question the bill. Avoid.
