Technician never showed 2 separate times. They never called to say the technician wasn't coming. When we called they couldn't even get ahold of the technician to find out where he was. We have a slab leak and turned the water off to the house. So we were without water for the entire day waiting on them. On top of that I took time off work to wait for them to come. Very unprofessional.
