They broke my mirror, counter, door, wall, window frame, and door frame across multiple teams and multiple weeks and never told us about any of these occurrences. We had to hound them for the discussion. They tore down our walls and rebuilt them back without ever repairing the initial cause of leak and then personally blamed us for not telling them to fix the underlying cause they quoted us.

These guys will make a show out of working well with insurance companies and they will absolutely fleece the insurance company for costs unrelated to your own costs. They found all sorts of ways to try and nickel and dime us for additional expenses. Their electrician gave us a quote for five times the cost of other companies that we had come in and quote.

They took my tools and equipment from my house on two occasions. They took seven weeks to finish a simple job. Their painter left all sorts of edges and corners completely unpainted. This business has a 5 star sales pitch on a 1 star service at ever single turn. Highly recommend you find another company to do business with.

After a couple of delays caused by your truck problems, Gabe was finally able to work on the job today. While I was not present when the repair was made, I was pleased that the repair took less time than I anticipated. And considering the condition of the old pipe, and possibly bigger problems. I was releaved that the final Bill did not exceed the $ 500 price that I had in mind. Therefore a tip for Gabe was well earned.

Great service. William was very professional, polite, and thorough. We had our water heater breakdown and flood our floor. William made sure we did not water damage to our floor before replacing the water heater.

Very disappointed with not only the lack of knowledge with the technician. Did not bring in any tools no ladder to even look at the leak that was coming from the bathroom. He had to use my husbands flashlight to look at the leak. He just said well I think if you caulked in the bathroom that would solve it well it did not. And also our utility sink was leaking oh that's an easy fix it just needs a new washer.

Well again My husband had to get a new faucet. Plus he Did not even say anything about another small leak that I mentioned. That is why we called them in the first place to fix these issues and nothing was done. You can't assume anything That the work would get done. My husband called to have them come out to get the work done but it never did. My husband called them back to say how he was very upset they offered to come back after the technician said well your wife said you could do the work which upset him even more.

They sent a serviceman out the same day to assess the issue (a leaking hot water heater). Gabe was early and quickly gave us an honest assessment with practical advice. He returned the next day to install the new hot water heater, on time, was very sensitive to the unique circumstances of our household and took care of w writhing beautifully. We will always call Affordable Plumbing!

Mike and Gabe did an amazing work! We had a pipe that burst in our basement, they were out to fix it right away. They gave us options on how they could fix and repair. They were honest and didn't pressure us into anything. They had the job done and all cleaned up in a day. I would highly recommend Affordable Plumbing to everyone! Repeating told them the length of our sewer. Mike who first came out called William who had the snake to clean out the drain. Again told them over and over again the length of drain lines. Was never told about the $320.00 charge by Mike. He was to worried about getting something to eat and go home. After they left the drain backup again. Called Mike I asked him to check with Wiiam on the length of the snake.

He said he would call William and get appointment scheduled. Well I called the office and NO appointment was made. Gabriel came worked on the line for a hour and did listen to me about the length I would never use them again!

Ben took my call and he was super nice, and helpful explaining what was going on with my leaking water heater. He talked me through over the phone on helping me restart the pilot. He was thorough and also gave me estimates on possible fixes that it would need. He offered to come out and help same day! My moment of panic was gone after speaking with Ben. Awesome customer service!
