There are no customers in the history of Clear Choice USA of SWFL with the name of "George Held" nor are there any records that we have ever even given this person a quote for potential work. There are however three different companies in SWFL that have the words "Clear Choice" in their business name. With over 4,000 customers over the last 14 years of being in business we treat all of our customers exactly the same from quoting all the way through installation and finishing. We always operate with the upmost integrity and feel our reputation proceeds us.

Went with this place after reading reviews and I'm happy I did. The price was very fair when compared to other businesses in the area. The windows took a bit to get here, but that was to be expected as it was right in the Summer of COVID. The highlight of the experience was the installation. The guys were very professional and thorough. No mess either.

I purchased a home and the original owner had the windows installed from Clear Choice. One of the windows was defective and they promptly came out and repaired it for me at no charge even though I was not the original purchaser of the windows. In addition, another window was defective and they also assisted me with a replacement. This company is very responsive. Their customer service is top notch. Thank you Clear Choice!

Very bad experience. I made a mistake using them. The owner and his wife are very dishonest. The workers are subcontractors and change from job to job. We had one group of subcontraf6tors do half the install and another group do the second half. Under the same contract. Inconsistent workmanship and installer experience. The pricing changed as the estimate was bad and it took the experienced contractors longer than the owner quoted. I had to fight to only pay the contracted price.

Outstanding customer service on all levels. Installers did a great job and were very professional. I could not ask for any more out of our experience. We got 4 other company's quotes and not only were they were the cheapest, they were the most upfront about costs and they actually tried to save us money and not sell us on stuff we didn't need. The windows look fantastic and completely changed how my house looks. 100% satisfied with our purchase. I will be recommending Clear Choice to anyone that needs new windows.

Patrick, of the fort Myers office, ordered two non impact pgt rollers for us, a 6'x8' and a 6'x7' with sunburst upper design. He was the only contractor sales rep, of three invited to bid our job, that took the time to show us samples of and efficiency ratings of the windows he brought to our home for samples. That sold us right away. The install went perfect, by Bryan, the lead, the and his helper, Matt.
It was a 104 Degree heat index day and the install went as planned. They busted their.! We made the right decision to go with Rance Fulks and his guys based on a recommendation from a friend whom said they had the same great experience. We now will be ordering the balance of the windows asap and will recommend this group to any of our friends. GREAT JOB!
