Frank Otte Landscape & Design Group, Inc. is a premier industry leader in Louisville. For over 50 years, Frank Otte has been a name synonymous with the region's landscaping. Originally started as a nursery in 1963, Mr. Frank Otte realized that landscaping was an emerging industry in Louisville with great potential for growth.

He cultivated this knowledge to develop a new department at the company, and in 1999, after steady and significant growth, Mr. Otte established the Frank Otte Landscape & Design Group, Inc. as a separate entity from the nurseries. This provided Louisville with a dedicated focus on landscape design, installation, construction, and maintenance.

After decades of experience, our designers have developed an impressive network for plant acquisition. However, we have also learned that plants are usually popular in an area because they perform well.

Hardscape

Hardscapes are the features in your landscape that are flatwork or vertical elements composed of brick, pavers, stone, or concrete. They are the bones of your landscape. Many companies sell hardscape projects but few sell, design, and install them IN-HOUSE. In-house means that we do not design something and sell it to you only to have another company install it for us.

Maintenance

Maintenance is the action that is necessary to sustain a great landscape (hardscape and softscape). Just like children, your landscape ages and changes. Do you want the investment that you just made to be a waste of your money?! In order for your landscape to look its best, you must take care of it.

This company wasted my time and left me hanging. It took 2 weeks to receive my estimate. When I finally received it, I reached out to discuss the proposal and make adjustments. I sent emails and left multiple voice mails but was never contacted. Finally gave up and decided I couldn't work with a company with such poor customer service.

Very unsatisfied at this point. Good luck getting any plant warranty work done after the sale. I've been getting strung along for over a year.
