Todd and his team are simply phenomenal. We started with a consult with Todd: he was professional, respectful, and not pushy whatsoever. We had a couple ideas. he ran with them and crafted a beautiful design and vision. A few weeks later, his crew arrived on time (both days), and did an outstanding job with putting in our new landscape with up-lighting.

When my wife and I went outside to check it out, you'd have no idea anyone was even there because WOW they cleaned up the job VERY well. Seriously top notch team. One day later and we're already asking Todd for a consult for another part of the home!

Had a great experience with Hancock Landscape LLC. Both the scheduled estimate and installation services were done in a timely manner and the final product reflected what was discussed in the initial estimate. The installation team (led by Brad) was courteous and asked questions as needed to ensure the project was executed as envisioned. We couldn't be happier with our new patio, from the initial discussion and plan all the way through installation (during some pretty bad weather at a few points), the team at Hancock Landscape did an amazing job. The cleanup was equally impressive. The yard looked like an absolute trainwreck due to all the excavation but once they were done you'd never have known other than the straw that is down to help the grass regrow. From beginning to end, working with Todd and his crew was wonderful! First off, Todd's communication is spectacular. Any phone call or text was returned within the day if not hour! We hired Hancock Landscape to completely rip out and redo our front landscaping. They also installed new landscape lighting. From the beginning Todd Hancock was very responsive. He got back to me the same day when I put in my initial request on their website. I couldn't get any other landscape companies to even call me back. Todd provided a fair estimate with a landscape layout. Todd and his crews were communicated throughout the whole project.

They let me know when they were coming to take down the trees and rip out the landscape. His crews let me know when they would drop off plants and when they would start planting. The landscape lights were installed during daylight hours. Todd called me that day and let me know the could be off a bit because you cannot see where they are shining during the day.

He said he would come the very next day early while it was still dark out to make any adjustments, which he did. From start to finish everyone at Hancock Landscape communicated throughout the entire project. We are very happy with how everything turned out, our landscaping is beautiful. I would highly recommend working with Hancock Landscape on any landscape project you have. We will definitely be hiring them again for other services they off.

My wife and I got quotes from multiple companies to install a paver patio. Todd was by far the most professional and courteous of them all and his guys did great work. We couldn't be happier with the finished product and will definitely reach out to Todd for any future patio needs.
