The technician took the time to look at the issues we were experiencing and figured out what was creating the problem. He could have just suggested replacing the unit, but he sought an answer to the issue. I appreciate that.

The reason I'm making this post is to warn people about this company. They use third-party contractors to take your money and then don't refund it. My experience on July 9th I gave a contractor $3,500. His name is Tristan Johnson and I talked to Greg at Carolina doors that exact day until he told me to give the cash to Tristan so Tristan could give it to him.
I have a receipt anyway. My doors were running 5,425 this was in July. We did this July 9th to be exact when my building was erected 4 months later due to supply chain issues and different things with metal buildings. I contacted Carolina doors and he said well it's been 4 months. My doors no longer were there and neither was my money. These people are very dishonest and very crooked and they use each other point fingers back and forth at each other.
I would not trust these people at all. But anyway, we ordered more doors at an inflated cost of $2,000 more than the original cost and he said he had the doors at his business. Now this has been 5 weeks ago. We still don't have doors. We finally just got our 4100 back. Do not trust these people. They are very bad

An excellent experience all around. Carolina Garage Door replaced an old, wood garage door with an insulated steel door. It was a difficult situation with low clearances and an uneven floor, but the technicians did a fantastic job. The door looks and functions great! We are very happy with our Carolina Garage Door experience from start to finish.

Since moving to Winston-Salem we have had nothing but bad experiences and bad luck with contractors. This was until we contracted out Carolina Garage Door for a garage door replacement/service. This was the best company we have ever hired and would do it again a million times. Greg is extremely friendly, the service techs who came out were nice, friendly, and personable.
We called on Wednesday to have someone come look at our garage door. Greg came out Thursday, and then on Friday a team came out with the replacement and installation. This is the BEST company we have ever worked with. I 110% recommend them to anyone!

Great experience having my garage door replaced. They were courteous and consistent. I picked it out online, they installed it, and hauled the old one + tracks away. It was a great value for the money. It is super quiet and a huge improvement over my old wooden garage door. Much easier and better than dealing with the big box stores!
