My spring snapped in half. I called Garage Door Specialists, and they had a tech out within 45 minutes. He went over my options, had all the parts on his truck, and a few hours later everything was fixed. He also addressed my concerns and reinforced my old garage door, so that it can last a while longer.

This company is a godsend! The easiest, most pleasant customer service experience I've had in recent memory. The office staff was immediately responsive and helpful, and my technician, Tommy, was knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. He immediately diagnosed and corrected the problem and, as an unexpected bonus, he kindly did some additional basic maintenance and educated me with tips and tricks for extending the life of the door and trouble shooting potential issues. Exceptional service!

A+++ Service from start to finish. It started with Stephanie on a Tuesday afternoon when I called with questions about my broken spring. The door was manufactured by Wayne-Dalton, and I'd read elsewhere that the springs may be difficult to source so she asked me to text a few pics. When I called her back, she gave me an estimate over the phone and told me that they could have a technician here the next day. Tommy showed up ON-TIME and was amazing.
I didn't realize my garage rack would cause an obstruction (see pics) but he worked around it and afterwards lubed the new springs and moving parts. Even better, he showed me how to do it which will save me time and money in the future. I highly recommend them! PS: Make sure you remove overhead obstructions to help them out!

Do not hesitate to contact this great company! Had excellent same-day service with Bob. He was professional and did a great job. He even called to say he could come earlier than the scheduled time. He was a big help and we hope to never need this service again but if we do, we will not hesitate to call them. Our new go-to garage fixers! Will be raving to family and friends. Give them a try!

Yesterday, I noticed that the torsion spring on one of our garage doors had snapped. I contacted Garage Door Specialists via their website late at night, and had an email from them waiting in my Inbox when I woke up in the morning. They had an appointment available today and Daniel arrived at our house even earlier than promised. I wasn’t even home, but I opened the garage door via the MyQ app and he got to work. 30 minutes later, the work was complete and I paid him over the phone. Fantastic work, great communication, and it was all done before I got home from running errands! Oh, and did I mention their price was better than the other 3 quotes I got? Would definitely hire them again!

They were absolutely wonderful! I called them at 8:45am and they were at my door by 9:15am. Eric was quick, thorough, and beyond helpful. The garage door was quickly put back on track and repaired and he was very kind and professional in the process, cannot recommend Eric and Garage Door Specialists enough. Very reasonable, fair pricing as well.

Our garage door broke on Thanksgiving day and the next morning we called Garage Door Specialist and they were responsive, knowledgeable and repaired our door in a timely manner and at a fair price. I chose Garage Door Specialist to replace our old garage door and opener because of all of the good reviews, and it was a good decision. The salesman who came and provided a quote seemed very knowledgeable and helped me make a good choice. I did not get any other quotes, but the price was a little better than I was expecting, and I was happy with it. Craig and Robert handled the installation and they were very friendly and professional. The job went very well and we are pleased with our new door.
