Tile and grout cleaning: It is important to maintain tiles on a regular basis. We normally use a 3 step cleaning program. High acid cleaning. In this process we apply and acid based cleaner after that we brush all the grout very carefully paying extra attention to the corners. After that we do steam clean with a 1000 psi hot water.

Metro Maintenance did a complete strip and wax of our VCT floor at our Bennett location. Service was fantastic! I emailed Metro and the service rep came out the next day and gave me an estimate and discussed services. The price was extremely fair and I was able to select the services I needed and there was no pressure to add services I didn't want or need. The cleaning was scheduled for the next day and the tech (George) was on time and very polite. He did the job quickly and thoroughly and walked me through the warehouse after for an inspection. I highly recommend this company!

We contacted Metro Maintenance when our house sold, we were under pressure to have our house cleaned and carpet deep cleaned before closing. We were very pleased that they came so quickly and did such a thorough job at a reasonable price. The service and the employees were excellent and friendly and the quality of the work was top notch. My carpets are 20 yrs old and now they look new again. Another great great job done by Metro Maintenance, I have been using them for over a decade. They were very prompt to get me scheduled, they were flexible with my schedule, showed up on time and completed the job spectacularly. All the stains from my dog are gone and even sprayed a special enzyme to kill/eat the odor. I will use them again, highly recommended.
