Qian Su I've never put negative comments on any services, but this Lawn Love is the worst service I've ever "used". I quoted on "used" because their crewS never showed up! The crew cancelled/rescheduled the service by themselves with no notification no explanation, and now way to contact them except their stupide "message my crew" function on their website, and their crews just simply chose to ignore the message.
Then you have to wait more than 30mint on phone try to reach their customer service. Guess what, the only thing their representative can do is cancel/reschedule the service again. What a joke!

I was excited about this service and without the means to do lawn care due to just moving to the area, I thought this would be a win win situation. I was wrong. Booked first session it was canceled and rescheduled for the following day. The second booking was changed due to the weather. I later found out this was due to the sub-contracted lawn provided.
Who provided me services and then attempted to get me to pay via Cash App and under the table. Since Lawn Love was overpriced. I followed up with the Lawn Love service and I was told that I booked with another service, and I was mistaken. It wasn't until I shared receipts of the contracted lawn servicer with Lawn Love that I was able to then get notifications of the change at 8:00 pm.
The sub contracted servicer began messaging me at 9:30 am and called me. Bottom line the professional demeanor is false. The company is overpriced and accuses clients of lying. This has been a very unpleasant vendor to work with. I am going to look for another company and service. Lawn Love should have removed my cost for the poor service, vile sub contractors, inappropriate cash collection, and overall rude representatives.

I had success with one of the lawn services they sent to my home. Billing and scheduling was a nightmare. I called three times about a service that was not provided. Each time I was told I would not be billed. But, they sent me an invoice. I asked for it in writing, proof that I wouldn't be billed. I'm doubtful that email will ever come through.

Get your quote in writing from them, they can tack on extra fees or change pricing without contacting you first. If you have a issue with them all they will do is copy and paste some generic response or read from a script over the phone. It's very frustrating to say the least. I definitely won't be using them again and recommend you find another company for your lawn care. See the responses to the other bad reviews to see what I'm talking about.

They have been incredibly hit and miss in the BR area. Customer service is terrible - lots of false promises and misinformation regarding personnel assignments. Paid for trimming and mowing, they were always late by a few days or just outright never came. LL would try to reschedule a new mower and no one would still come. We're probably going to cancel and hire someone more local with a better track record.

I was excited about this service when I called in. They seemed very professional and got me a quote, based on satellite images, within minutes emailed to me. They said they would cut, bag, and trim my yard and the price seemed fair based on what I had heard. They showed up with a raggedy mower which made my yard patchy, didn't bag the grass like what was agreed upon, and then left grass and mulch all over my driveway and grass on my patio as well.
Maybe I was expecting too much, but for the price I'm paying.it looked awful. I went outside and mowed the yard myself to level the grass out, and blew the driveway off as well (after just paying someone else to do it). I called in to cancel my following appointments, and the girl who answered the phone didn't even ask why I was canceling after my first service, or if I had a bad experience, so I decided to tell her before the call ended. just to give them a chance to try and make it right somehow. Instead, she said "okay, it's canceled" and hung up. Lesson learned. I'll pay a different company.
