This company is the real deal and they know what they're doing, especially installing door lock fixtures. Our old south Philly door needed a new fixture and Mike took care of it in 5 days he had it ordered and installed. Locked my keys in the car after I got to work, called these guys. Dude over the phone quoted me at $15 to show up and $35 depending on what he needed to do. Tech was quick to get here which I was happy about, what I WASN'T happy about was that for 5 minutes of work it ended up costing me $225 and didn't really seem like it was that difficult to do. I appreciate the speedy response time, but this is such a rip off it's not even funny.

25-30 arrival. Initially quoted $15 visit fee +$35 expected quote to open bottom lock with lockwedge. Tech arrived and made it sound overcomplicated then quoted $185+$15. Negotiated to $80+$15, ended up giving $100 in cash because no change. Took 30 secs to open. Didn't appreciate the negotiation strategy, but needed to access apartment and would likely hire again if needed because of speed of reply/etc.
